Announcement of Land Acquisition by the People's Government of Jinshan District, Shanghai, Hu (Jin) Land Acquisition Notice [2024] No. 3
In accordance with the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, on March 18, 2024, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government approved the expropriation of collective land with the approval of Hu Fu Tu [2024] No. 149. The announcement is as follows:
1. Organ approving the expropriation of collective land: Shanghai Municipal People's Government
2. Use of construction land: water area (the backbone river improvement project of the south row channel in the east of Punan-Jinshanwei Town)
3. The location of the expropriated land (4 to the scope): Jinshanwei Town, Jinshan District, east to the village boundary of Jinwei Village, south to the village boundary of Jinwei Village, west to the village boundary of Jinwei Village, and north to the village boundary of Jinwei Village
4. Land requisitioned units and land acquisition area: 7,879.95 square meters of the sixth villager group of Jinwei Village, including 7,826.19 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land, and 53.76 square meters of unused land.
5. After the promulgation of this announcement, the Shanghai Jinshan District Land Acquisition and Housing Expropriation Compensation Affairs Center and the People's Government of Jinshanwei Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai (Jinshanwei Town Relocation and Resettlement Office, Jinshan District) shall implement compensation in accordance with the content of the land acquisition compensation and resettlement plan, the land acquisition housing compensation plan, and the employment and security plan of the land-expropriated persons confirmed by the district government.
