In the past few days, as the temperature continues to rise, the masses can be seen busy everywhere in the fields of Heshui County. Feng Junqin, a villager in Yangping Village, an old town, and his family hurried to the field after breakfast to clean up the plastic film left over from last year. "The old mulch film can be replaced with new mulch film by pulling it to the waste agricultural film recycling network in the town, which is particularly affordable. We are particularly happy to reduce the cost of cultivation and protect the environment. Feng Junqin said.
In the waste plastic film recycling network in Haozui Pu Township, the reporter saw that the masses who came to exchange for new plastic film lined up in a long line. Li Xingliang, the person in charge of the plastic film recycling network, told reporters that more than 200 tons of old plastic film have been collected, which will be exchanged for new plastic film for the villagers and distributed to the masses in a timely manner.
Heshui County is a large agricultural county, and the annual consumption of plastic film in agricultural production is more than 1,000 tons. Since 2018, Heshui County has carried out waste plastic film recycling through multiple forms, channels and levels, implemented the "old for new" policy, and according to the exchange ratio of 5:1, that is, 5 kg of waste plastic film for 1 kg of high-standard new plastic film, and encouraged the masses to clean up the plastic film in their own fields, and then transported it to the enterprise for processing and reuse through recycling outlets. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to pick up, a subsidy of 0.4 yuan per kilogram of old plastic film will be paid according to the pick-up and sale, and a subsidy of 620,000 yuan will be issued. 1,687 tons of waste agricultural film were recycled throughout the year, and the recycling rate of waste agricultural film exceeded 86%.
In order to facilitate the masses to sell nearby, improve the enthusiasm of farmers to pick up. Combined with the field survey of the planting situation, Heshui County built 5 new recycling sites on the basis of the original 11 waste agricultural film recycling sites. After each site collects the old mulch film in its respective jurisdictions, it is sold to the recycling enterprise in a unified manner, and is responsible for redeeming the new film for farmers after exchanging tickets for the county agricultural ecological and environmental protection supervision and management station. Next, Heshui County will further strengthen the recycling of waste plastic film with the help of non-point source pollution projects, continue to develop circular agriculture, promote the construction of beautiful villages, and achieve sustainable agricultural development.
