The credibility of Thomas's article is not high in the vast majority of people, because from Thomas's narrative, we don't know at all what role the U.S. government played in the Dowsey base? If the U.S. government acquiesced in alien human experiments, why did President Carter set up two special departments to launch an attack on the Dowsey base?
However, we may be able to explain it from another angle, that is, the Dowsey base is indeed operated together after the agreement between the United States and extraterrestrial life, but in the process of cooperation between the two sides, the requirements of the American side are different from what Phil said, they should only allow aliens to use animals for experiments, but these alien beings broke the rules and began to abduct humans, which can explain both the collapse of the negotiations mentioned by Master Hui, and the capricious actions of the American side!
This conjecture is corroborated by a 2010 book by Anthony Sanchez called UFO Highway, which chronicles an interview with a former U.S. Air Force colonel. The content of this interview is very strange, that is, it can corroborate the statements of Phil, Huilu and Thomas to a certain extent, but there is also a lot of content that does not match what they say.
According to the colonel, he was a logistics major based at McClellan Air Force Base in California, where he specialized in providing psychiatric medical support to pilots. However, at the end of November 1979, he received a mission marked with the words "SCI top secret content", requiring him to go to the Edwards base immediately, and on the plane that picked him up, he met several other companions, without exception, all of them were at the rank of major, but the strange thing is that in the past, even if it was a top-secret mission, the leader was only at the rank of lieutenant colonel, but this time the leader who was responsible for issuing and explaining the mission to them was a brigadier general!
