On April 8, a new news suddenly came out in the United States: the sale of Hytera walkie-talkies exported to China was stopped, and the company's radio products were banned.
There must be a reason for the products that can be targeted by the United States, and what kind of threat can a walkie-talkie pose to the United States, and is the United States' handling of Hytera just a ban on sales?
U.S. court sanctions against Hytera
Located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province in mainland China, Hytera is a veteran radio enterprise with a great reputation in the international radio trade and is also a proud national enterprise in mainland China.
However, the U.S. court officially declared that Hytera must not sell any product containing walkie-talkie technology anywhere in the world until further notice is issued.
Such an act shows the degree of hegemony of the US side. The U.S. side does not allow Hytera to export and sell in the United States, and even extends its hand to the whole world, and does not allow Hytera to sell in any other place.
Such shameless behavior certainly makes Hytera and the Chinese side dissatisfied, but what is unexpected is that more shameless is yet to come.
The U.S. court not only ordered Hytera to ban sales and exports around the world, but also imposed a fine of up to $1 million per day.
It is simply absurd that the United States issued such a punishment, and what is even more absurd is the reason given by the federal court to punish Hytera:
The U.S. court found that Hytera had flouted the sanction and that it required Hytera to fully comply with the court order, or to order termination on its own initiative, otherwise Hytera must act at the request of the U.S. court.

The U.S. has bullied and dominated the market to such an extent, where is the Chinese law standing behind Hytera?
I have to say that the United States is really shameless, they have considered in advance that Hytera will rely on China's power to fight against its chamber, so the court also marked a special article in the injunction: prohibiting Hytera from enforcing any orders and judgments of Chinese courts.
When this ban appeared, Hytera was isolated in the United States, unable to resist the shameless attack of the United States, nor could it rely on China's help, so it could only be slaughtered by the US French Yuan.
In the past decade of Sino-US commercial and trade wars, the US has imposed countless sanctions on Chinese companies, and the means used are even more shameless than the other.
And these Chinese companies floating in the United States, if they have foreknowledge in advance, they can ask for help from Chinese forces, but enterprises like this, which are unaware of the situation and are not large enough, can only be meat on the chopping block, helplessly slaughtered by the United States.
Reasons why Hytera is targeted
Hytera has been stationed in the United States for a certain number of years, and if you don't consider the Sino-US commercial trade war, it is also one of the most popular products in the United States, but the United States would rather abandon Hytera's radio market to punish it, and there must be a special reason for this.
Why is Hytera being targeted by U.S. courts, and is it just because it is a Chinese-produced industry?
As early as June 2022, when Hytera was calling for wind and rain in the U.S. radio market, Hytera's headquarters in Shenzhen, submitted a lawsuit to the court, which was filed against Motorola, a radio company in the United States.
The reason why the lawsuit against Motorola was filed was because Hytera found that the products of this American company had copied a large number of Hytera's technical means, which involved commercial infringement accidents.
Faced with such a serious problem, Hytera naturally could not ignore it, but it also knew that if it filed a lawsuit in the United States, it would not be successful, so it cleverly filed a lawsuit against Motorola from Hytera's headquarters in China.
Hytera is preparing for this lawsuit, hoping that the local court in Shenzhen will issue a warning and punishment to Motorola in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on commercial copyright and secrets.
However, halfway through the lawsuit, the court in the United States could not sit still, and the American court insisted that Motorola in the United States was infringed by Hytera in China, and that Hytera infringed Motorola's commercial copyright.
Such a reversal has attracted the attention of both China and the United States, but unlike China's moderation, the US authorities' courts will of course defend their own companies, and they are very domineering in ordering Hytera:
Hytera must drop its lawsuit against Motorola in China, and if it violates the ban, it will impose severe warnings and penalties on Hytera in the United States.
It didn't take until March 25 of this year, when a U.S. court declared that Hytera had failed to drop the charges against Motorola as requested by the authorities, and that it would take swift action against Hytera.
The so-called action is known to everyone, not only prohibiting Hytera from exporting and selling its radio products around the world, but also shamelessly demanding that Hytera pay a fine of $1 million a day until Hytera fully complies with the court's regulations.
And how did Hytera, which was in dire straits, respond?
On April 8, it said that the company had withdrawn its lawsuit against Motorola in Shenzhen and would suspend the sale of two-way radio products in accordance with the US court's injunction.
It has applied to the U.S. court to set aside the above-mentioned order, and will continue to be heard by the U.S. court in the near future to revoke the above-mentioned order in the shortest possible time.
The courts in the United States are undoubtedly too domineering, do not pay attention to fairness and justice, and will only defend their own enterprises, which is a serious blow to Chinese enterprises.
Chinese companies in the U.S. struggle to survive
By 2024, 611 Chinese companies will be sanctioned by the United States, and even 18 Chinese universities will be boycotted by the United States.
