Suzhou, Jiangsu Province has launched the "Happy Living in Suzhou City" provident fund deposit and loan product for individual industrial and commercial households, freelancers and other flexible employees, who can freely choose the time, amount and frequency of product purchase, withdraw the account balance of the product at any time, and also obtain provident fund loan rights.

Shenyang, Liaoning Province has optimized the provident fund withdrawal policy. From April 1 to September 30 this year, employees who take out loans to purchase self-occupied houses in Shenyang can apply for withdrawing housing provident funds to pay the down payment for house purchases. The policy is clear, and the time limit for provident fund withdrawal is no later than November 30 this year.

Beijing issued the "Implementation Measures for Housing Provident Fund to Support the Green Development of Buildings in Beijing" for public comment: the higher the green building grade and assembly rate grade of the house purchased by the buyer, the higher the amount of the provident fund loan.

Guangzhou has raised the maximum amount of provident fund loans, and the maximum amount of loans for one person to purchase a self-occupied house has been adjusted from the original 600,000 yuan to 700,000 yuan, and the maximum amount of loans jointly applied for by two or more people to purchase the same self-occupied house has been adjusted from the original 1 million yuan to 1.2 million yuan. If certain conditions are met, the maximum amount of housing provident fund loans can continue to rise.
