In the Xiaoluohanba Haizi villager group of Xisha Village, the growth of more than 10 acres of bamboo model forest of the Yingchun Party branch is particularly gratifying. "Every spring, the bamboo shoots all over the ground make it impossible to find a place to put your feet. Seeing the good economic benefits brought by planting bamboo, the villagers began to intensively cultivate, and the "four picks and four stays" method of "picking dense and thin, picking small and leaving large, picking weak and keeping strong, and picking near and staying far" is well-known. Gao Qisong, a villager from Tianping Group 2 in Xisha Village, has been working in Zhejiang for many years, and he always feels that the money for part-time work comes quickly, but planting bamboo comes slowly. But during a visit to relatives, after he saw the good benefits of planting bamboo, he was moved and thought that planting bamboo was the long-term solution. Five years ago, he returned home and planted all his more than 100 acres of barren mountains with bamboo. "Last year, I spent more than 20,000 yuan to ask someone to help plant four or five thousand bamboos!" Gao Qisong said with a smile.
Last year, Gao Qisong had about 10 acres of bamboo forests that had achieved results, and the bamboo shoots alone were sold for 28,000 yuan. "There are at least forty or fifty thousand yuan of income this year. Just like Gao Qisong, the villagers regard bamboo as a bamboo to get rich, and the rural revitalization team of Daguan County Agriculture and Rural Bureau in Xisha Village has also given full play to its advantages and coordinated part of the project funds to help the development of the bamboo industry, and the village has planned 3 industrial roads of 59.6 kilometers, 42 kilometers of industrial roads and 5 kilometers of bamboo shoot picking roads. The village collective company actively organized the labor force of low-income families such as poverty alleviation households, marginal households, and households with sudden difficulties to participate in the tending project, and tended 4,126 acres of contiguous bamboo base forest, 9,500 acres of bamboo seedling forest, 1,000 acres of bamboo forest and 3,514 acres of square bamboo forest for the relocation support project, driving 52 low-income families and increasing their average income by 3,000 yuan.
Up to now, the village has cultivated more than 50 acres of bamboo planting more than 50 people, led to the establishment of 1 bamboo shoot bamboo processing factory, 5 farmer cooperatives and 2 family farms, in the village to create a good atmosphere for the development of bamboo industry.
