author:Tiger Basketball

Tiger Punch June 19, 2019 Today, Lakers star James Worthy spoke on the TV show about Lakers forward LeBron James's remarks about the premature start time of the player's frequent injuries.

"14 years of career, lucky that many of those seasons I ended in June, we reached the finals. So my body and everybody else's body gets used to that rhythm, taking a half-month break in June, then July, August, and then you go to boot camp in September. Once your body gets used to it, and LeBron knows better than anyone what his body goes through, he gets to the Finals year after year, more than anyone. So he understood that there was a schedule, a clock cycle.

"So if you push this thing in a hurry, it's going to happen." In the park, the players experienced a lot of psychological obstacles, everyone had psychological problems, no fans, far away from their families, so they had to play, and then they were forced to restart after the 71-day offseason, which squeezed them all clean. It's the rules that the league does, they want to set up the season, at least for the TV contract, and many other factors, but there's no doubt the players are paying for it, and a lot of players are paying a huge price for the injuries that happen. Worthy said.
