Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your arms hanging down naturally at your sides, inhale as far as possible so that the diaphragm is lowered until you are full, tilt your head, and open your mouth to exhale. Repeat the exercise 20~30 times.

Lie on your back on the bed, relax your whole body, fold your hands on your lower abdomen, and do breathing exercises. Bulge your abdomen as you inhale and retract your abdomen as you exhale, repeating about 30 times.

Lie on your back on a flat bed with your arms at your sides and relax your whole body. First clamp your buttocks and legs firmly and inhale at the same time, contract your anus as if you were holding a bowel movement, then relax and exhale. Repeat 15~20 times.

Lie on your back on the bed with your hands crossed in front of your chest, your legs bent at your knees, and your feet propped up on the surface of the bed. Lift your waist and hips, and while your shoulders and feet are supported in the air, inhale and contract your anus, then lower and exhale. Repeat 10~15 times.

Lie on the bed on your back, first press your left hand on the back of your right hand, take the umbilicus as the center, massage the abdomen clockwise 81 times, and then press the back of the left hand with the right hand, take the umbilicus as the center, massage the abdomen counterclockwise 81 times.

Lie on the bed on your back, put your arms on your sides, stretch your legs, bend your knees with one leg, push forward with your heels, stop for a while, slowly lower and restore, change to the other leg and do the same exercise, do 5~10 times on each leg. Then straighten and lift your legs, spread them as far apart as possible to the sides, then revert and repeat 10 times.
