Strengthen on-site management, plug leaks and increase revenue. Keep an eye on on-site management, implement the requirements of assigning people, posts, responsibilities and 24-hour on-duty duty, clarify job responsibilities, formulate measures and methods, and implement a "one-pole" release method for trucks around the clock, so as to effectively curb overrun vehicles from rushing into the customs. At the same time, we will strengthen the ability to dispose of special vehicles, strictly inspect the vehicles that are over-long, over-high, and ultra-wide in the "green channel", so as to ensure that "they are not exempt from being levied, and they are exempt from being levied"; for the vehicles on the "status list" of the lanes, we will improve the efficiency of on-site fee compensation, and do a good job in explaining the policy to ensure that all receivables are collected.
Strengthen inspection and audit, and cover all special vehicles. The station-level inspection team makes full use of the audit platform to verify the driving path of the suspect vehicle, and for the vehicle with fare evasion, the data audit is used as the entry point, and the method of querying the gantry path, comparing the lane pictures, and restoring the driving trajectory is analyzed one by one, and the abnormal data is dug out, and the "fish that have slipped through the net" are sorted out, and they are included in the recovery list, and the precise and effective crackdown is implemented to ensure that the toll particles are returned to the warehouse.
Strengthen policy publicity, and actively promote guidance extensively. Combined with the special action of "pulling the net to fight the escape", hang banners in the toll plaza, carry out policy publicity on passing vehicles, and use WeChat, Douyin, Toutiao and other media to strengthen the publicity of toll road-related policies and the adverse impact of vehicle evasion of tolls, and improve the awareness rate and popularity of the public.
Strengthen vehicle inspection and optimize the detailed management of ledgers. Conscientiously implement the "green channel" and the on-site document inspection management requirements for large transport vehicles, strictly implement the inspection standards, and put an end to the occurrence of false certificates and inconsistent cargo certificates. At the same time, the illegal passage vehicles at the entrance and exit of the toll station, large transport vehicles and "green channel" vehicles shall be subject to the "one vehicle one file" ledger management, and the vehicle traffic lanes and inspection video data shall be retained.
