Interpretation:
1. Playing erhu and playing Tai Chi have the same effect, both require relaxation and tranquility;
2. Relax physically (relaxation is the most basic requirement for practicing musical instruments), be calm in mood, and go with the flow and have no obstacles. If you sit alone under the moon, you will be in Zen;

1. Counting white as black is the core of oriental aesthetics, but all the wonders of reality are born from the void, and it is necessary to leave room for strength and weakness, shade, density, virtual reality and imagination. If you want to pull out the charm and sound well, you must pay attention to your own sound state and the aesthetic expression of the music, and make the layout of the performance technique;

Interpretation:
With the left hand on the strings, the fingers are raised so that the sense of power reaches the fingertips, and the four fingers of the left hand are as elastic as a drum or a hammer.
