Recently, Yangdi Township invited Professor Jiang Xinneng of the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to teach the knowledge of yellow bark planting through theoretical training and field explanations. Nearly 100 people, including large yellow peel fruit growers, wealthy leaders, and technical experts from various village committees of Yangdi Township, participated in the study.
Yangdi Township as the main production area of Yangshuo yellow peel fruit, planting area of more than 1,300 acres, the local climate, soil is very suitable for the growth of yellow peel fruit trees, the villagers planted the yellow peel fruit, the fruit is beautiful, the flesh quality is good. In order to better develop the yellow peel fruit industry, in the training class, Professor Jiang Xinneng systematically explained the planting technology of yellow peel fruit with detailed information, simple language and vivid cases, and helped the trainees master the specific measures and methods of yellow peel fruit branch cultivation, cutting the old and leaving the new, planting and land preparation.
Subsequently, the experts went deep into the yellow peel fruit planting base in Shangzhu Village, and used the combination of "on-site teaching + practical operation" to teach and demonstrate the technologies of yellow peel fruit tree maintenance, soil ploughing, water and fertilizer control, thinning and topping, etc., and answered the doubts and questions raised by the trainees on the spot, which effectively solved some difficult problems encountered by farmers in the process of planting and maintaining yellow peel fruit.
