I read a collection of poems in Xianshili, not Tang and Song poems, not Western classics, but my friend Xu Dezhen's new collection of old style poems "Waiting for the Moon in the Window", which is one of the poet's "Four Fragrance Zhai Yaji", which will be published by Gansu Dunhuang Literature and Art Publishing House. I remember the first time I went to Zhangye in 1994 to attend the opening ceremony of the library of Mr. Jia Zhifang of Hexi University. As soon as we got off the plane that day, the enthusiastic colleagues of Hexi University arranged for us to visit Danxia National Park directly, because at about three o'clock in the afternoon, the sun was not strong, and there had just been a small rain, which is said to be the most suitable time to visit the Danxia landform. Sure enough, when I faced the Danxia peaks, looking at the undulating mountains with circles of colorful rocks, I was simply stunned, looking at the peaks of these layers of color, imagining that this is a fairy with colorful skirts descending to earth, floating from the clouds in the sky...... At the banquet held by the college in the evening, President Liu Renyi ordered me to write a poem on the spot, and in a hurry I blurted out a poem of seven uniques, describing the mood of visiting the Danxia landform: "Colorful Luo skirt and Baise crown, three thousand beauties and immortal classes." Don't sigh that there is no sea in Zhangye, and a Danxia torch is blooming. "Behind this poem, there is a good story of my exchange with Mr. Xu Dezhen. Later, President Liu Renyi mentioned this story in a public lecture:

"The story is like this, our secretary Xu Dezhen accompanied Mr. Chen Sihe to watch Danxia, and he introduced to Chen Sihe that Zhangye's geography and ethnic culture are diverse and diverse. Diversity is a distinctive feature of the Hexi Corridor, and the geography and landform here can be called the National Geological Grand Park. He said that in our place, we have everything except for not being able to watch the sea. Chen Sihe pointed to the Danxia landform and said, "Isn't this the sea?" Therefore, there is this famous poem in praise of Zhangye Danxia......

This story is true. This was also the beginning of my relationship with Mr. Xu Dezhen, a poetic beginning. This time, I read that Xu Dezhen's poetry collection also contains poems about the Danxia landform. As early as 2008, he sang the colorful Danxia: "There are thousands of gold fans, and thousands of mist are drunk." "If you don't feel it, it's hard to appreciate the expressiveness of the words. "Haze" is interpreted as "clouds", which refers to the colorful auspicious clouds overflowing, intoxicating the mountains and mountains, which is much more vivid than the so-called "three thousand beauties". I don't know much about the development time of Zhangye's natural landscape. Once in the 90s of the last century, I supervised a graduate student from Zhangye, and I repeatedly heard Zhangye's wine, fruits, and Zuo Zongtang from his mouth, but I had never heard of Zhangye's natural landscape. Later, I asked him why he didn't introduce such a good Danxia landform as Zhangye, and he replied aggrievedly: It was not developed at that time. I think so, the development plan of Zhangye natural landscape should have made a breakthrough development after the new century, and when I visited Danxia, the document for the establishment of the Zhangye National Geopark had just been approved. I estimate that when Xu Dezhen wrote this poem in 2008, it was the early stage of the development of colorful Danxia. That is to say, at the beginning of the development of Zhangye's natural landscape, the poet sang for the beauty of his hometown with beautiful verses.

There is a saying that the article is your own good, and I want to apply it to say that the poet is good in his hometown. What does that mean? I have heard many times in Zhangye the locals praising Luo Jialun's predecessor's poem "Wuyunlou Overlook," which contains two famous sentences: "If you don't look at the snow on the top of Qilian Mountain, you mistakenly recognize Zhangye as Jiangnan." "Mr. Luo's frame of reference is the scenery of the south of the Yangtze River, in fact, the majesty of Zhang Guo's arms in the Hexi Corridor is far from being comparable to the delicate Jiangnan. Mr. Luo's praise as a traveler, the poem contains the aesthetic stance of the southerners. When I read Xu Dezhen's poems, I am full of flesh-and-blood feelings for Zhangye's mountains, rivers, temples and places, and the lyrical objects that integrate the poet's main body with the natural scenery are the poetic Zhangye. I remember once Dezhen accompanied me to visit the Horseshoe Temple, and said to me very complacently that he had been here many times and could witness the whole development process of the tourist spot. I checked, the development of the Horseshoe Temple Scenic Area was earlier than the Danxia landform, and the current scale was formed at the beginning of the new century, and at least three poems were written in Xu Dezhen's poetry collection to the Horseshoe Temple, respectively in 2009, 2010, and 2012. The first ancient style "Horseshoe Temple Miscellaneous Song", the poet sang the legend of the Horseshoe Temple: "The heavenly horse comes by the wind, and the dragon and the bird accompany each other." I can't bear to linger in this beautiful place. Hungry for grass on the slopes, thirsty for the springs on the top of the mountains. The day and the clouds play, and the night sleeps with the stars. For the love of the endowment, leave traces on the top of the mountain. The shepherd meant to return, and the sound of the horse's hooves was far away. Open the mountain for the temple, set up the tower as the dojo ......" the second poem "Horseshoe Temple", the poet wrote that the tourists in the Horseshoe Temple Scenic Area are like clouds, singing and dancing: "The sky is cloudy, and the yurt wine has been drunk. Pastoral songs wear clear valleys, and Zen language accompanies Cui Lan. If you are tired physically and mentally, get drunk in front of Danya. After another two years, in the autumn the poet visited the horseshoe temple again, this time it should be a solitary walk, he neither wrote about the temple nor the tour, just a few sentences, wrote about the inner world and the external world into one: "The mountain soul is fascinated by the snow, and the stream is green pine." Where is the pure realm, drunk and lying on the orchid flat. The "pure realm" written here is not an environment where "there are no people in the empty mountains", but the poet's inner fascination. I am sure that the poet has been to the Horseshoe Temple more than three times, but three times to write poems, there is no foreign tourists to write poems for the sake of new poems, from myths and legends to things and I forget, are from the poet's heart of the bubbling poetry. Such words and poems should be the cultural business card that Zhangye is proud of in the north.

The poet Xu Dezhen writes poems that do not pay attention to human feelings and sophistication, do not write about his life and circumstances, except for drinking wine and enjoying flowers and traveling, he rarely writes about personal trivial matters and social information. His mind lingers on the scenery of lakes and mountains, trees and flowers, and the seasons of the four seasons, reading thousands of books and traveling thousands of miles, and singing all the way. His feet grew farther and farther away, and his field of vision became wider and wider. A collection of poems, nearly 1,000 poems, records the poet's footsteps from the age of 40 to 60 years old, and records the great natural scenery of the mountains and rivers of the country. I roughly calculated, since 2003, the poet's footprints have walked on three tracks in the past 20 years: the core is that he has traveled all over Zhangye and its surrounding mountains and rivers, and the expansion is the Hexi Corridor in Gansu, from Wuwei to Jiayuguan, and in the middle there is also the crescent spring of Mingsha Mountain in Dunhuang, all of which are presented in the poetic realm. Expand it again, that is the national territory, west to Xinjiang and Tibet, southwest through Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, south through Guangzhou, Hainan and Hong Kong, turn to the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and then to the coast of the East China Sea in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and then through the Central Plains, write Wuhan Yellow Crane, Zhengzhou peony, Qin and Jin to find the ancients, go north to Yan Zhao generous and sad land, almost the panorama of China's mountains and rivers are presented in this poetry collection. "Write five flavors with a bald pen and walk in Kyushu with bare feet" is the most appropriate portrayal of the poet's creation of this poetry collection. Of course, as far as a single poem is concerned, there will be a distinction between high and low in art, and there will be a difference between intimacy and intimacy in the creative feelings cast by the poet, and on the whole, this is a magnificent collection of landscape poems.

I said earlier that poets value nature over people, but I don't mean that poets neglect interpersonal communication. I'm a little biased against the creation of old-style poems, thinking that old-style poems have an intimate emotional relief function. The object of the old style poems is first of all the poet himself, so that he can vent the hidden emotions of his inner grievances through the creation of the old style poems, so as to achieve a relieving effect. Therefore, the implicit meaning in the old style poems is only known to the poet himself, and there is no need to explain whether it is obscure or allusion, such as Li Yishan's poems. Secondly, the object of the poem is a small number of confidants and friends, and the old people in the wild are fishing and saying, and they have a common outlook on life or aesthetics, and communicate with each other through singing and form, which arouses loudness. While the emotional expression of the first object is satisfied, it also touches the reader at the same emotional level, so as to produce the aesthetic effect of empathy. But the poet's reliance on singing and composing poetry is already the original intention of the second nature, not the original impulse. Xu Dezhen's poetry collection does not have much singing and socializing with friends, but whenever it is involved, there must be a masterpiece. Because what is presented between thinking and cherishing friends is the poet's sincere affection. For example, "Cherishing Xinjiang Brothers during the Spring Festival" is deeply moving. I don't know whether the poet misses his own siblings or his intimate hair, but the sincerity of his tone is so subtle that it is strikingly praised: "Fill the cup with tears, and hold the hand like a smoke." It is written in a dream, which is very sincere, and then "the young and the young run their own life and death, and the boss supports himself in the wind and rain". It is written about memories, and the brothers have their own sad experiences. The tail couplet returned to the real life scene: "The call is silent and sad first, and the forced pretense is happy for the coming year." After waking up from the dream, I called to say hello, but I was choked with tears and choked up, and I could only meet in the coming year. This poem does not have the perfunctory nature of ordinary singing and harmony, and is full of vivid and vivid feelings of missing brothers.

The sincerity of the tone and the subtlety of the description are the basic criteria for me to evaluate good poems. "The subtlety of description" is a test of "sincerity of tone". I will give just one example to illustrate the narrative characteristics of Xu Dezhen's poems. "Drinking and Reviving Old Classmates" is written about the nostalgia between classmates: "I once lay on the thatched bunk, in order to make a song of Qingyun." In winter, there is less fire in the stove and more maggots in the soup. "The difficult years are depicted through the details of life that cannot be copied or fictionalized, and the details imply the sincere feelings between the poet and his friends. Such poems are good poems!
