IT Home reported on April 6 that developer Geeks3D recently updated and released the FurMark v2.2.0 version update, which fixed a bug in Vulkan rendering, supported Moore Threads S80 graphics card, and added hotspot temperature monitoring function for NVIDIA graphics cards.
Geeks3D FurMark is a GPU stress test tool (oven software), graphics card performance test software, graphics card OpenGL benchmarking tool.
The software supports single-card/multi-card bake-in mode, which is mainly used to test the CPU load frequency, power and temperature of NVIDIA GeForce / AMD Radeon / Intel HD Graphics graphics card under full blood load, and uses a fur rendering algorithm to measure graphics card performance.
The tool offers a variety of testing options, such as full-screen/windowed display modes, preset common resolutions, time- or frame-based test formats, multiple multi-sampling anti-aliasing (MSAA), game modes, and more.

GUI-related settings are saved to the settings.lua file, which can be deleted if the user wants to reset the settings.
BFC option added to the graphical interface
FurMark v2.2.0 GUI adds BFC (short for BackFace Culling) option. This option allows you to change the graphics workload, which can increase the test stress depending on the GPU.
In previous versions, BFC was enabled by default in demo mode (RUN button) and disabled in preset benchmarks, which is why the benchmark Pxxxx frame rate is lower.
As of version 2.2, BFC is still disabled in preset benchmark mode, but users can choose whether to enable it in stress test mode (RUN).
