If the dampness on the body is too heavy, how to distinguish between cold and damp and hot
1. Look at the tongue
Cold and damp (Pictures 1 and 2): The tongue is light, white or greasy, white and thick, slippery, fat, and tooth marks;
Damp heat (Picture 3): The tongue is red, yellowish or greasy, yellow and thick, and some are white and thick at first, then become yellow and thick, and some even become charred and black, because the heat is too long, and it is constantly steaming in the body.
2. Symptoms
Cold and dampness: the stool is often unformed, and it is easy to loose stools, white urine; usually like to drink some hot drinks, and feel uncomfortable when eating cold or cold; usually sleepy and weak, unable to wake up, and the body odor is relatively light.
Damp heat: dry stool, yellow urine, usually like to drink some cold ice, and cold food, it is more difficult to fall asleep, and the body odor is heavier.
3. Look at the skin
Cold and dampness: due to the stagnation of cold and evil in the meridians, the joints are prone to pain, the whole body is cold, the hands and feet are cold, the face is dull and pale or dull and yellow, and the eyelids are easily swollen;
Damp heat: due to the accumulation of damp heat in the body, resulting in poor operation of the meridians, it will show redness, swelling, heat and pain in the joints, the whole body feels very sticky, and the whole body is afraid of heat; the complexion is red, the face is easy to produce oil, and it is easy to have acne and acne.
