Preparation steps:
Step 1: After the dates are cleaned, remove the kernels, then pour them into a small milk pot and add the water that has not yet passed the dates. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat immediately when the water is dry.
Step 2: Place the cooked dates in a blender and beat them into a delicate date paste (you can also mash them directly with a rolling pin) and pour them into a large bowl.
Step 3: After the date paste has cooled slightly, beat in 1 local egg and a spoonful of brown sugar, stir well with chopsticks; add 3 grams of yeast, stir and add 65 grams of water and mix well.
Step 4: Add about 200 grams of gluten flour to the bowl in parts, mix well after each addition, add it again, mix well enough to form a pimple-free batter, and then cover with plastic wrap and wake up for about 40 minutes.
Step 5: When the batter volume is obviously larger, use chopsticks to stir the exhaust; spread the oil paper in the baking dish, then pour the drained batter in and spread it out, wake up the second time until the volume becomes significantly higher, and then sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds on the surface. Step 6: Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, then put the baking tray into the middle of the oven and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Remove, let cool and cut into pieces before eating.
