First of all, Mr. Zhu Chenyu expressed his heartfelt thanks to the members of the Catering Committee for their trust, care and support for the school's work, and explained the school's food work and food material procurement, and reported to the members on the school's diet, hygiene, safety and other work, so as to set sail for the health and safety of children. Teacher Zhu introduced the principles of school recipe formulation, the procurement of ingredients and the system and method of tableware disinfection and sample retention. It also introduces the supply channels of raw materials to parents, so that parents can rest assured of the quality of food.
Then, Mr. Zhu asked all the members of the Diet Committee to choose the menu for the next two weeks. Every member is looking at it carefully, studying it carefully, and voting by a show of hands.
In the end, two of the eight recipes were selected for the next two weeks.
After the menu was selected, the parents carefully evaluated the nutritional matching, food taste, and hygiene of their children's lunches, and the parents gave great affirmation to the school's meal work.
