According to the report, many local homeowners are calling on the Philippine National Security Agency to investigate the Chinese. The Chinese, most of whom were men, appeared to be physically fit and disciplined, with short hair (soldier's head). They live in bought or rented units, which can accommodate 50 or more people, go into places that resemble military bases every day, jog in long lines in the neighborhood at regular intervals, wear uniform when running, and have leaders who shout orders and refuse to let the team give way to vehicles, which is very domineering. The homeowners believe that these people are actually military personnel, so-called "sleeper agents" arranged by China.
However, this conclusion of these homeowners is actually "off the charts". According to reports, these people are not military personnel at all, but Chinese employed by the Philippine "offshore spinach operator". To put it bluntly, this is a one-stop criminal gang of pyramid schemes, wire fraud, and spinach -- the dense residence, jogging, and other behaviors that make Filipinos suspicious are all methods used by criminals to control and brainwash their hands; the so-called workplaces that resemble military bases are places similar to "fraud parks." What kind of "sleeper agent" is a no-brainer.

However, after former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte relaxed relevant regulations, the offshore spinach industry has created hundreds of thousands of jobs and billions of dollars in income for the Philippines, so the Philippine government does not want to completely ban the industry. In the final analysis, the reason why these so-called "Chinese undercover agents" entered the Philippines is rooted in the Philippines' own openings for the offshore spinach industry. Moreover, these criminals are engaged in money fraud, and they are mainly aimed at the Chinese, and the Chinese people are the most innocent victims.

In fact, these homeowners, who claim to have "Chinese sleeper agents" in the community, are not unaware of the occupations of those Chinese, after all, those Chinese have entered the community in large numbers since 2016. Now someone is suddenly catching the whistle, allegedly because the homeowners in the community are divided into two factions and are fighting for control of the "homeowners association", so they have found an excuse to exclude dissenters. This kind of trend deserves our high vigilance.
