In order to further promote the employment of residents in Changyang Town and meet the job needs of the majority of job seekers, in 2024, the Changyang Town Convenience Service Center carefully planned and organized a series of recruitment activities of "Serving Community Villages". The event aims to build a more convenient and efficient employment platform to help job seekers in the town find satisfactory jobs.
On April 2, the first of the 2024 recruitment series was held in the fitness plaza of Shuiniantun Village. The activity covered 8 surrounding communities and villages, and the main service targets were the unemployed people who were willing to seek employment and the uninsured rural labor force registered in the preliminary survey.
At the event site, 8 companies including Beijing Today Oriental Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yancheng Education Technology Co., Ltd. actively participated, providing a total of 19 types of work and 145 jobs. These positions cover a wide range of industry sectors, providing a wealth of options for job seekers.
The job fair attracted more than 100 job seekers from Changyang Town. After on-site exchanges and interviews, a total of 22 people reached a preliminary employment intention with the company.
