In the face of the current complex and severe economic situation, he expressed his views on how to accelerate the formation of a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international dual cycles reinforcing each other.

Yu Yugang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui University of Science and Technology, executive vice president, professor of the University of Science and Technology of China, and member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, believes that the current conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in the mainland is low, which is also a problem in Hefei, and there is a contradiction between the short-term needs of enterprises and the long-term research and development of universities.
Wang Ming, a professor at the School of Life Sciences of China University of Science and Technology and a representative of the Shushan District People's Congress, believes that scientific and technological innovation is inseparable from talents, and takes the University of Science and Technology as an example to point out the current talent advantages of Hefei, and it is recommended to actively explore various measures to introduce and retain talents.
Ge Hongyu, supervisor of Hefei Women Entrepreneurs Association and founder of Anhui Haiyi Information, said that the government's attention is the strongest driving force to promote the development of new productive forces. He also emphasized the need to pay attention to front-line scientific and technological workers at the grassroots level and stimulate innovation vitality.
Chen Cong, a member of Hefei Women Science and Technology Workers Association and chairman of Anhui Dingrong Electromechanical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd., combined with the current predicament faced by his company, talked about the application of scenarios.
Tian Baotong, general manager of Hefei Ernst & Young Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Cloud Computing Industry Promotion Association, believes that today's industrial development relies on data to develop new quality productivity, and the development of data security is extremely important. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to transforming theories into products and cultivating scientific and technological innovation and application-oriented talents.
Li Xue, a second-level researcher of Hefei Science and Technology Bureau and a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, introduced Hefei's science and technology innovation policy and Hefei's achievements in the development of science and technology, and emphasized in his concluding speech that Hefei is at the forefront of scientific and technological innovation, has been boldly exploring and practice, and has achieved excellent results.
