The court held that Wang Xiaofei took away her personal belongings, and paid NT$45.11 million in child support before and after, and had an S Hotel in her name, and did not think that the four paintings would affect Da S's creditor's rights.
The first instance rejected Da S's application and decided not to prosecute Wang Xiaofei.
However, Da S was not satisfied with the verdict, and after appealing, he asked Da S's mother to testify.
Previously, Da S's mother cried to Taiwan media, accusing Wang Xiaofei of arrears of NT$70 million in child support, and also took NT$80 million from the joint account of the husband and wife, complaining that Da S was a fool, and shouting that Wang Xiaofei should have a conscience.
