The office of the Eighth Route Army in Lanzhou was the office of the Communist Party of China in Lanzhou during the anti-Japanese period, an important base for leading Gansu to resist Japanese aggression and save the country, launching the rear and realizing the national war of resistance, and an important hub on the international communication line in Northwest China. On the eve of the Qingming Festival, according to the work requirements of the District Party Committee's "Work Reminder on Implementing the Municipal Party Committee's "Three-Year Action Plan for Strengthening the Construction of the Party's Grassroots Organizations", to further improve the learning ability and cohesion of the mobile party members, the Party Committee of Xujiaxiang Community, Baiyin Road Street, set up a bridge between the party and the masses, and the Party branch of Ssangyong Automobile Company organized mobile party members in the jurisdiction to carry out theme party day activities --- visit the office of the Eighth Route Army in Lanzhou.
Under the enthusiastic explanations of the exhibits and commentators of various historical objects, the party members and cadres who visited were immersed in the national period, leaving shrapnel doors, shabby Eighth Route Army uniforms, and documents and materials, all of which told this tragic history and told the first generation of communists to move forward with great difficulty in those years for the sake of the righteousness in their hearts! The wheel of history is rolling forward, but as communists in the new era, we must never forget that it is the dedication of those ancestors that has led to our happy life today!
