Recently, Qingpu District issued 12 announcements on land acquisition matters, of which 10 are notices of proposed land acquisition and 2 are land acquisition announcements.
The towns involved in this land acquisition include Huaxin Town, Baihe Town, Xianghuaqiao Street, Zhujiajiao Town, Yingpu Street and Jinze Town.
The purpose of this expropriation is the land for roads and squares, water areas, hydraulic facilities, and community-level public service facilities.

The land acquisition of the project involves the people's government of Huaxin Town, and the collective land within the Jiangjiaxiang Group of Xinyi Village of the town.

The above-mentioned notices 5-8 of the proposed land acquisition notice are the same project, namely the new construction project of Xintai Highway (Jiangsu Provincial Boundary - Qingzhao Highway).
The land acquisition of the project involves groups 7 and 8 of Hongqi Village and Hongqi Village in Baihe Town, groups 14, 15 and 18 of Nanxiang Village, groups 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Taiping Village, and 9 groups of Aixing Village in Xianghuaqiao Street.
The length of the Xintai Highway (Shanghai-Jiangsu Provincial Boundary - Qingzhao Highway) is 2.64 kilometers, the road grade is a secondary highway/secondary trunk road, the width of the red line of the road is 24 meters, and there are 4 lanes in both directions (there are no dedicated non-motorized lanes and sidewalks), but there are road separation belts with a width of 10 meters on both sides, and the design speed is 60 kilometers / h. Controlled in accordance with secondary highway standards.
9. Renovation project of Xiyangdian set gate in Qingpu District

Lianhu Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District, is 272.70 square meters, including 184.00 square meters of agricultural land, 88.70 square meters of construction land, and 0 square meters of unused land.
The second villager group of Lianhu Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District is 396.50 square meters, including 396.50 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.
The third villager group of Lianhu Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District is 632.40 square meters, including 632.40 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.
The fourth villager group of Lianhu Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District is 1272.30 square meters, including 1240.70 square meters of agricultural land, 31.60 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.
A total of 2,573.90 square meters of land was acquired, including 2,453.60 square meters of agricultural land, 120.30 square meters of construction land, and 0 square meters of unused land.
The land acquisition of the second phase of the Qingxi Country Park Visitor Center involves Lianhu Village, Jinze Town, and the land within the scope of the second, third and fourth villager groups of Lianhu Village.
12. Qingxi Country Park Campground Infrastructure and Smart Amusement Park Project

Location of the expropriated land (4 to the range): Qingxi Country Park, Jinze Town, Qingpu District, east to the water surface of the pond, south to rural roads, west to grassland, and north to rural roads.
Use of construction land: land for community-level public service facilities

Qingxi Country Park Campground Infrastructure and Smart Amusement Park Project: This land acquisition involves the land of Hezhu Village, Kanazawa Town.
