This is located at the northern end of the Karakoram Mountains, the southern foot of the Tianshan Mountains, and the Kodurtash Pass of the Toyun Ranch on the border with Kyrgyzstan.
The Tuoyun Ranch Police Office was established in December 2019 and is guarded by the police auxiliary police of the Kashgar Reclamation District Public Security Bureau of the Third Division.
Mr. Mo is mainly responsible for the management of the auxiliary police team of the police office, and is often affectionately called "Team Leader Mo" by his comrades-in-arms and pastoral people because of his practical and meticulous work.

Whenever the masses are in need, Mr. Mo and his comrades-in-arms will go to deal with it as soon as possible, or coordinate help, or stop the vehicle to send the patient to the hospital urgently, or take local materials to help the herdsmen repair the sheepfold, remind everyone to pay attention to safety precautions, and reduce economic losses.

Now that the police office has installed a signal booster, every time he returns from a patrol, Mo Zonghai will always take out his mobile phone as soon as possible and make a video chat with his family members thousands of miles away. Mo Zonghai's wife is also an auxiliary police officer from afar, the couple have been married for many years, gathering less and leaving more, but they can always comfort and encourage each other, and work together to strive for a better life.
The most popular time for the Kodurtash Pass is in the summer of May and June and the winter of September and October, when groups of herders drive thousands of yaks, sheep, horses and other livestock past the police station. Mr. Mo and his comrades-in-arms will become "herdsmen" to help herdsmen move their livestock and ensure the safety of herdsmen and livestock.
In May 2023, a herder's cattle accidentally fell into a ravine. Foot patrol, car patrol or horse patrol, Mo Zonghai has almost traveled to the corners of the jurisdiction over the years, and has quietly formed a deep friendship with the herdsmen here.
In 2023, a new young man has arrived in the police office, named Mardan Abulahati. For this young man in his early 20s, facing the mountains all day long, he was very uncomfortable, and he was inevitably sad and disappointed in his heart. As soon as he had time, Mo Zonghai took Mardan Abulahat to see the boundary monument, and told him that one side of the boundary monument is the territory firmly defended by the XPCC border guards, which is the inheritance of the XPCC people's spirit of reclaiming the frontier and pioneering and enterprising the XPCC since 1954, and it is also a true portrayal of the XPCC people's spirit of taking root in the frontier and being willing to dedicate Populus euphratica, and it is the result of the hard work of generations of XPCC predecessors, their footprints are engraved on this land, and the stories are also intertwined in this land.
Mardan Abulahat was very touched by this, and the discomfort at work gradually disappeared, and he followed Mr. Mo to patrol the mountains and mountains every day in good spirits. "Team Leader Mo is conscientious and responsible, he is my master at work, and he is like my big brother in life, and he has a lot to learn from me. Mardan Abulahat said admiringly.
