Tie Yingying, a police officer of the Zhongyuan District Court, let the students intuitively understand what campus bullying is and how it can be manifested through an animated promotional video, and explained the harm and consequences of campus bullying through real cases, focusing on the difference between "small fights" and campus bullying, as well as the relevant provisions of the criminal law on criminal responsibility and the age of criminal responsibility.
