Recently, the Academy Squadron of the Xiaonan District Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade investigated and dealt with a case of illegal coal peddling on Jinxiu Road, which effectively deterred illegal coal peddling.
During its daily patrols, the squadron spotted a three-wheeled vehicle loaded with honeycomb coal driving on the road. Considering the safety and evidence collection factors, the law enforcement officers followed the coal transport vehicle all the way to the front of a catering store on Jinxiu Road, and saw the coal transporters carrying the briquettes on the car to the restaurant, and the law enforcement officers immediately stepped forward to control the scene and suspended the transaction.
After clarifying the facts of the violation, the law enforcement officers preached the relevant laws and regulations on air pollution prevention and control to the parties who transported and purchased loose coal, and temporarily detained the coal-loading vehicles in accordance with the law, and urged and guided them to use clean stoves. At the behest of the person transporting the coal, the law enforcement officers approached the owner of the honeycomb coal producer and gave him a verbal warning, telling him not to illegally engage in loose coal business.
In the next step, the squadron will intensify publicity and guidance, inspection and control, maintain a zero-tolerance attitude of "hitting when it is exposed", and make every effort to do a good job in the management of loose coal in the jurisdiction, so as to help the living environment of residents continue to improve.
