Introduction to the book "History of World Integration".

The book was originally titled "Global Unification is the Inevitable Trend of the Development of World History", "The Historical Basis for the Realization of World Government", and "The Historical Basis for the Realization of Permanent World Peace".

The book consists of 16 chapters and 280,000 words, and the only idea in this book is that the whole world will be united into one country, and the world government and the world will be forever peaceful.

This book reveals the historical evidence of world unity, the nature of world unity, the characteristics of world government, the way to achieve world government, and the entry point for achieving permanent world peace, and discusses a large number of views related to world government, permanent peace, and global unity.

1. Historical evidence of the unity of the world

For the first time in human history, this book reveals the historical laws and development trends of six forms of sovereignty, and reveals the evidence for the realization of world government, namely:

Clans→ tribes→ city-states→ sovereign states→ federation states→ world governments.

For the first time in human history, this book puts the above six forms of sovereignty together in order, analyzes in detail the step-by-step transition process of the six forms of sovereignty, and reveals the role of the integration of sovereignty forms on peace between countries, which is the first time in the history of human peace theory, and it is also a major breakthrough and end of peace theory.

This order is clearly a state of nature, like a condensed poem, and any objection seems so pale and weak. What truth is is to express the laws of the most complex affairs in the world in the most concise language

Putting these six words together, it is natural to say that the way world peace can be realized: only when the countries of the world are integrated into one world government can there be permanent peace for mankind.

2. The essence of the integration and unity of the world

The History of World Integration points out that the four forms of sovereignty, namely, clans, tribes, city-states, and sovereign states, were formed by forced annexation by war, while the fifth form of sovereignty, the European Union, and the future global alliance, was united voluntarily and equally by common values and beliefs. This book calls for greater integration and unity among nations in order to achieve lasting peace in the world. The fundamental contribution of this book is to point out that the essence of further integration among sovereign states today is not a forced merger of territories, but a global consensus of values.

When national values are highly mature and consistent, national boundaries will disappear peacefully, just like the European Union. And Russia's integration and unification of Ukraine by means of armed annexation is fundamentally opposed to the basic point of view of this book, and it is a reaction against humanity!

III. Internal Characteristics of World Government

As Merkel put it: "The government of the world is a government of a single purpose, with limited powers to manage peace between nations, not a general government with many powers." Only when the conditions are ripe in the future will the power of the world government enter the economic field and establish a unified currency and market; enter the field of environmental protection and establish a unified environmental protection system; enter the field of scientific research and establish a unified mechanism for scientific research and development; enter the field of social security so that the people of the developed countries can assume certain responsibilities for the livelihood of the people of poor countries, and so on. Therefore, the defense, environmental protection, scientific research, economy, and social security institutions of the future world government will be autonomous governments with their own independent parliaments and administrative organs. They are called the Federal Government for World Environmental Protection, the Federal Government for World Economic Development, the Federal Government for World Social Security, and so on. The logic of this arrangement is based on the decentralization of power to prevent excessive centralization, and on the other hand, it is based on efficiency, because the tasks of a single function in a world government are greater than those of the central government of a large country, and the uneconomy caused by an oversized government is dangerous. The form of government similar to that of the special zone in the United States will be a good reference object for the construction of world government in the future.

Prematurely giving the authority to manage money, trade, and all other matters in the (World Defense) Federation will create an obstacle to the expansion of the Defense Federation. ”

4. The way to achieve world government

Based on the purely military characteristics of the world government, and out of respect for and conformity with the existing international pattern, this book proposes the way to realize the world government: NATO's globalization is world governmentalization! Technically speaking, as long as China and Russia join NATO, NATO will be the world government. Peace within military alliances such as NATO is an important component of global peace and a contribution to global peace.

Therefore, China's accession to NATO is a sign of the basic realization of the world government. But only when Russia democratizes will it voluntarily join NATO and be accepted by NATO, so Russia's recognition of universal values is a sign of the realization of world government.

In addition to the European Union, NATO, etc., which have already achieved permanent peace within themselves, the African Union, the North American Free Trade Area, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, South American integration, and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) are underway. The World Organization, the World Trade Organization, the International Organization for Standardization and other international organizations are also concrete manifestations of sovereignty integration.

The History of World Convergence argues that the economic and military power of international organizations such as the United Nations, NATO, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization shows that the world government may already exist, and their actions to maintain world peace are regarded as the actions of the world government! As a result of the efforts of these international organizations to maintain world peace, it can be predicted that Russia's invasion of Ukraine will be the last war of aggression in the history of mankind, and that this book predicts that Iraq's invasion of Kuwait will be the last war of aggression in human history for the purpose of annexing its neighbors, that the Taliban in Afghanistan will be the last state in the world to sponsor terrorism in the name of the government, that after the end of the nuclear issues in Iran and North Korea, that non-nuclear states will no longer attempt to possess nuclear weapons, and that humanitarian disasters caused by sovereign governments, such as the massacre in Rwanda and the massacre in Kosovo by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, will never again occur。
