In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the video conference on the key work arrangements and deployments of the Ministry of Public Security's party style, government style, and police style supervisors in 2024, Tao Yingchun, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Autonomous Region, deputy director of the Social and Legal Committee of the CPPCC Autonomous Region, supervisor of the Party and Government style and police style of the Ministry of Public Security, advanced individual in national anti-drug work, and chief image ambassador of Inner Mongolia anti-narcotics, Su Lina, specially invited supervisor of the Autonomous Region Public Security Department and dean of the School of Humanities of Inner Mongolia University of Technology, and relevant responsible comrades of the Anti-drug Corps, Supervision and Examination Corps, and Legal Corps of the Public Security Department went deep into Hohhot City, Baotou City, Tongliao City, Chifeng City, and Ulanqab City have carried out comprehensive supervision and investigation on the socialization of drug control and the standardization of law enforcement by public security organs in the whole region through listening to reports, on-site visits, visits and understanding, exchange and discussions, and case studies.
Hohhot City
From March 14th to 15th, the research team went to the Intelligence Center of the Hohhot Public Security Bureau, the Zhongshan West Road Police Station of the Huimin District Public Security Bureau, the Saihan District Public Security Bureau and the Jinqiao Police Station, the Hohhot Anti-drug Publicity and Education Base in the Daqingshan Red Cultural Park, and the Municipal Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center for field research.
The research team fully grasped the achievements and highlights of the Hohhot Law Enforcement and Case Handling Management Center and the anti-drug socialization work, and also conducted multi-dimensional and in-depth exchanges and discussions on the problems found, the existing difficulties and the ways to solve them.
On March 26, the research team walked into the Saihan Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center in the Autonomous Region to conduct research. The research team said that it is necessary to do a good job of connecting the upper and lower levels and improving the level of linkage; it is necessary to intensify the publicity of anti-drug and drug rehabilitation work, create bright spots in the socialization extension, and fully unite the joint force of anti-drug and drug rehabilitation work.
Baotou City
From March 5th to 6th, the research team went to Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, Donghe District Anti-drug Education Comprehensive Base, Donghe District Public Security Bureau, Donghe District Public Security Branch Nanqidong Police Station, High-tech Zone Public Security Branch Rare Earth Road Police Station, Jiuyuan District Zhixing Road Police Station for field research.
The research team said that since 2023, Baotou City's anti-drug socialization work has achieved remarkable results, and in the next step, it is necessary to focus on the prevention and control of drug-related risks and hidden dangers, rectify outstanding drug problems, continuously consolidate and expand the effectiveness of anti-drug socialization, and promote the formation of a work pattern of joint management, comprehensive management, source management, systematic management, and treatment of both symptoms and root causes, so as to contribute to the further high-quality development of the region's anti-drug work.
Tongliao City
From March 18th to 20th, the research team walked into the No. 4 Middle School of Horqin District, Tongliao City, the National Youth Drug Prevention Education Demonstration School, the Tai'an Jiayuan Community of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Kezuohouqi Public Security Bureau, and the Shijie Police Station of the Horqin Branch, focusing on the organization and daily working mechanism of the "Party Member Anti-drug Propaganda Team", and discussed the work of drug-related prevention and assistance.
The research team said that through on-site visits, they had a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the work of the Tongliao Municipal Public Security Bureau at all levels. In the future, we will actively play the role of a bridge and link for social supervision, listen to the voices of the grassroots, tell the stories of the police, provide real and reliable grassroots information for the decision-making and deployment of the Ministry of Public Security and the Party Committee of the Public Security Department, and help the high-quality development of public security organs.
Chifeng City
On the morning of March 21, the research team walked into the Chifeng anti-drug education base to conduct field research on drug prevention education for teenagers.
The research team had a detailed understanding of the facilities and functional layout of the anti-drug education base and the development of drug prevention education. The research team pointed out that the anti-drug education base is an important platform for strengthening drug prevention education and maintaining the physical and mental health of teenagers, and the school should give full play to its own advantages in the main position, integrate anti-drug education into daily education and teaching work, expand the coverage and influence of drug prevention education, and make positive contributions to the construction of a drug-free campus and a harmonious society.
Ulanqab City
From March 7th to 8th, the research team went to the Ulanqab City Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Anti-drug Education Base and Law Enforcement Case Center, the Jining District Public Security Bureau, the Binhu Primary School in Jining District, the Xinghe County Anti-drug Education Base, the Xinghe County New District Police Station, and the Law Enforcement and Case Handling Center of the Xinghe County Public Security Bureau to carry out field investigations.
The research team stressed that it is necessary to continue to strengthen drug prevention education and publicity, further improve publicity efforts, and innovate work ideas, especially the "Inner Mongolia anti-drug baby" detachment, and continue to promote the establishment of "anti-drug baby" detachment in all banner counties of the city, unswervingly and unremittingly carry out anti-drug propaganda and create a strong anti-drug propaganda atmosphere.
