The principle and practice of Wuji pile gong

First, the principle of electrodeless pile work

The Wuji Pile Gong of Taijiquan is the ancient sages and sages who understood the principle of adverse luck, the way of restoration, and used Taoist exercises to restore the innate vitality in the day after tomorrow. Then, in the process of practicing, we need to understand what is the "natural way of going forward" to the human body, what is the "principle of adverse luck, the way of restoration"? This involves the formation of human form and god. The human form and God are the surface and the inside, God is the master of the form, and the form is the house of God. Only the shape and circle can have the body of the gods, and only the gods can have the order of the form.

So, how is form and God formed? Let's start with the process of a person's conception, dwelling, and birth. A person's conception refers to the intercourse of the father's sperm and the mother's egg into beads to form a fetal cell. At the beginning of the union of sperm and egg, the two qi of the parents first meet and sense, and this primordial true qi is hidden in the fetus. Once the fetus is formed, it is parasitic in the mother's womb, which Taoists call the land of pure yin. When the fetus is formed, the mother itself will feel that there is something attached in the uterus, and the umbilical cord will naturally be born in the uterus to connect with the fetus.

After conception, it is a living fetus, that is, the process of the fetus living in the uterus from the beginning of development to maturity. When living in the womb, the primordial true qi hidden in the fetus begins to give birth to yin and yang, which are divided into five elements and six qi, and the creation takes shape. The ancestors called the place where the original true qi was hidden as the kidney, so the first organs that the fetus began to develop were the two kidneys, that is, the Xuanqi. The first true qi gives birth to kidneys, the Taoist theory of the five elements, aquatic wood, wood produces fire, fire produces gold, gold gives birth to water, and the earth is in the middle, and water, wood, fire, and gold are all related (this ideological concept has become one of the important theoretical bases of the spleen school of Chinese medicine in later generations, the spleen school is based on the spleen and stomach as the acquired foundation, emphasizing the conditioning and nourishing internal organs through the spleen and stomach), the five elements are divided into all parties, both transform each other, and restrain each other, and they will be divided into yin and yang, the five elements, and intersect with each other....... Driven by the qi machine, the fetal viscera system begins to develop, and the kidneys, spleen, liver, lungs, heart, small intestine, large intestine, gall bladder, stomach, bladder and other organs are born one after another, and in the process of growth, they promote each other, grow together, and at the same time, the human tissues and organs related to them are also conceived and formed, and gradually form a fully functional body. (Here, I mention by the way, I often hear some people point to the three points below the navel to teach the position of the lower dantian, but the direction of their fingers is their own bladder part, it can be seen that they do not understand the meaning and position of the lower dantian, if you want to find the lower dantian, you have to understand from the process of fetal formation, and only in this way can you find the correct position of the lower dantian, that is, the navel to the third point inside.) )

The principle and practice of Wuji pile gong

The generation process of the fetus is also the process of yin inheriting yang and qi following the fetus, so the root of human growth and development lies in the true qi of yuan yang. In the process of the growth and growth of the form and qi cycle, the shape of the fetus gradually grows and grows, and the true qi gradually operates sufficiently, and at the same time two human bodies are formed, one is the visible tangible body, that is, the five internal organs, the limbs and hundreds of remains, the essence and blood fluid, etc., and the other is the invisible invisible body, at this time, the invisible body is scattered, scattered in our limbs and hundreds of remains, and it is necessary for us to use our Taoist cultivation methods to cultivate the day after tomorrow, in order to become a true form, and to be able to dominate our true form just as we freely dominate our physical body. The true qi of the fetus circulates along the meridian network, rises and falls, and is mutually reciprocal, and at the same time, it also drives various organs and tissues to complete their metabolism, grow together, and gradually develop and mature. (Note: This meridian network is the complex meridians of the human body, which is the basic path of the rise and fall of the human body's true qi that the ancient sages perceived and verified in the process of cultivating themselves and treating the diseases of others, and the network of connections between the basic paths and the connection between them and the physical body.) The ancestors defined and described this, and gradually formed a perfect meridian theory, that is, the hand Taiyin lung meridian through the hand Yang Ming large intestine meridian, the foot Yang Ming stomach meridian, the foot Taiyin spleen meridian, the hand Shaoyin heart meridian, the hand sun small intestine meridian, the foot sun bladder meridian, the foot Shao Yin kidney meridian, the hand syncope Yin pericardial meridian, the hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian, the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian, the foot syncope Yin liver meridian constitute the basic twelve meridians, with Ren, Du, Chong, belt, Yin stilts, Yang stilts, Yin Wei Yang Wei Yang Wei as the eight strange meridians, plus the twelve meridians, the twelve meridians, the floating meridians, the twelve meridians, The surrounding network such as the 12 skins depicts the operation of qi more vividly. )

The fetus is in the mother's palace, covering its face with both hands, and the seven orifices that communicate with the outside world are in a closed state, completely relying on the umbilical cord connected to the mother's body to be nourished by the mother's qi and blood. After 300 days, the fetus has matured and matured, and it can attract the spiritual light of the human body, that is, the form of the gods. The spirit alone declares the independence of the fetus's life, and naturally wants to be separated from the mother, at this time, the spirit is upward, and the head turns downward and is born. After the fetus leaves its mother's body, its hands are naturally separated, and the air between heaven and earth comes out of the mouth and nose, triggering a cry announcing that a newborn begins to breathe with its lungs, and thus enters the acquired growth process. After the baby is born, under normal circumstances, it takes about 5,000 days for its own essence to go up and down, and the circulation and nourishment can make the vitality sufficient, and the yuan essence is full, and the yuan is full of spirit and spirit.

The principle and practice of Wuji pile gong

It can be seen from this that the primordial true qi in each person's body gives birth to our body of form and god, and in the process of growing up, the various psychological reactions and desires that arise due to our perception of the external world, as well as the role of physiological stimuli and functions in the body, etc., will interfere with the primordial spirit, cover up the original pure spirit and tranquility of the primordial spirit, and make its reflection reaction to things deviate, which will hinder the natural circulation of the true qi of the yuanyang, or hinder the free rise and fall between our own vitality and the righteous qi of heaven and earth. The interaction between psychology and physiology is not fixed, in different circumstances, there may be a psychological response, or a physiological response, if affected by it and do not know the solution, resulting in the body Yuan Jing too depletion, will make the root cause not solid, resulting in the loss of Yuan Yang, the dissipation of true qi. Whether it is a child or an adult, weak qi cannot nourish the body, and decay, illness, old age, and death come one after another. Therefore, if we can eliminate interference, stabilize the mind, make the root firm, and nourish the spiritual root with essence, then the qi will be self-generated, and the qi will nourish the spiritual source, and the spirit will be self-generated, until the essence is full, the qi is full, and the divine tools are attained.

The above is about the process of human beings being born and being born with the innate form of God and the process of growth after tomorrow, so in the process of growth of the day after tomorrow, how to nourish the innate element? We will gradually discuss the breath that begins with the acquired nature and runs through the whole life. "The Yellow Emperor's Neijing" says that normal and healthy people have a total of 16 zhang and 2 feet of meridians around the body (here zhang, ruler, If we can maintain a pulse of one breath twice, one breath pulse twice, and a pulse once during the fixed breath (between the breath and exhalation is a fixed rate), a combination of pulsations a total of five times, when reaching two hundred and seventy fixed breaths, the qi can circle the body for a week up to 16 zhang and two feet, and when the qi travels for 50 weeks, that is, when the fixed breath is 13,500, the qi travels 810 zhang, then it should be the constant of the sky. Too much or too little pulse qi is a sign of illness. For example, if a person exhales and breathes in once and breathes in once, when he reaches 270 fixed breaths, his qi ring only reaches 8 zhang and 1 foot in a week, it is a sign of low qi: if a person exhales and pulsates three times in one breath, and when he reaches 270 fixed breaths, his qi ring can reach 24 zhang and 3 feet in a week, it is an omen of irritability. If you exhale and inhale the pulse four times, it is called despermation, and if it is more than four times, it will die, and the pulse will never reach or be sparse at first glance, which is a symptom of death. In other words, the human body's Yuan Jing and Yuan Qi will naturally operate along the meridian system led by Ren and Du without interference, and if this operation stops, the end of the person's life is announced.

Taoism says that only the heart is peaceful in order to be harmonious, so it emphasizes the cultivation of the mind, and the usual practice of qi is to make the body's qi run normally along the meridians in a peaceful state of mind, and return to the Yuan Sea, that is, to reach the lower dantian. And the peace of mind is condensed, and the harmony of the breath is breathing. What about peace of mind? The heart is not waved, and the heart is called peace, and the heart attachment is called peace. If you can maintain this state of peace for a long time, so that the meridians can function normally, you can live an endless life. In order to maintain the normal operation of the qi veins, Taoists have formed a set of exercises to regulate the operation of the meridians, such as the method of opening up the Xiao Zhou Tian, refining and refining the qi, and so on.

The principle and practice of Wuji pile gong

First of all, let's introduce the method of opening up Xiao Zhoutian:

Find a clean and secluded place, preferably to keep the air circulating, but be careful not to let the wind blow anywhere on your body. Facing the east knotted and sitting, that is, double plate; if the beginner can not double plate, you can flat, that is, ordinary loose plate, just cross your feet back up, in order to be comfortable and relaxed. Pinch the meridian in your hand and press it under the umbilicus. Adjust your breathing, and when your breathing is calm, tap your teeth 36 times to help you gather your mind, then use your tongue to rotate in your mouth, lick the inside and outside of your teeth 36 times, and your eyes move with the movement of your tongue. After turning the tongue, lick the roof of the palate, and meditate on the breath. Depending on the level of each person's qualifications and skills, as well as the method and number of counts, it is advisable to be able to maintain the stability of the mind without irritability, and after having a foundation, it is advisable to count to 360 times or circulate the true qi in the body for a week. After counting the breath, the mouth is full of fluid, you should rinse your mouth several times with this Jin, and then take the mind from Ren Pulse downward, take the valley road, to the tail, slowly go up the spine, Zhongguan, and then look up with your eyes, snort Mo Hu, hit the jade pillow, turn your eyes forward, go straight through Kunlun, fall down the Queqiao, and then swallow a mouthful of liquid and send it down to the heavy building, people leave the palace, and go to the sea of qi.

At this point, it is slightly determined, and then the method before transporting, running for a total of three weeks, and the liquid in the mouth is also swallowed three times, that is, the Taoist Tianhe water flows backwards. After swallowing the liquid, sit quietly for a moment and rub the palms of both hands to heat, wipe the dantian one hundred and eight times, cover the navel together, wait for a while, let go of the palm of the hand when tidying up the clothes, be sure to surround the umbilicus and abdomen, do not be cold by the wind at this time, the ancients said "to raise the dantian warm and warm, this is the true secret of the gods". Then rub the back of the thumb with the palm of the left hand, rub the back of the thumb with the back of the thumb, rub the back of the thumb hot, and push and rub the outside of the eyes from the eye sockets on both sides of the nose bridge to remove the heart fire, then rub the sides of the nose bridge 36 times to moisten the lungs, rub the auricle with both fingers 14 times to nourish the kidneys, and dry wash the face with the palms of both hands 14 times to strengthen the spleen. After covering the tinnitus with both hands, he crossed his hands and slowly raised his palms upwards, raised his eyes to look at the back of his hands, that is, he shook three times, slowly exhaled four or five mouths of turbid air, and closed his nose to clear his breath.

Finally, hug the shoulders with both hands, move the tendons and change the bones several times, rub the jade pillow point with the thumb 24 times, rub the waist and eyes with the back of both hands 108 times, and rub the left and right feet with both hands 108 times, which is called a week. Adhere to this method, the spirit is strong, all diseases are not born, and the old age is long-lived. This practice method should be gradual, and when you first practice, you must find a master who knows how to do this technique to guide you, so that it is appropriate. (Note: The two veins of Ren and Du are smooth in normal times, so why is it called opening up?)

And refining and refining qi is the first step of Taoism's cultivation into immortals, which is basically the same as opening up the Xiao Zhou Tian method, refining and refining qi focuses on the operation of yang essence in the body, and when it comes to essence, it is impossible not to mention the Taoist theory of essence and qi, and refining and refining qi is the primary manifestation of this theory. The cultivation of the essence and spirit theory is divided into three stages, the first stage is to refine and refine the qi, the second stage is to refine the qi and transform the gods, and the third stage is to refine the gods and return to the void. Refining Qi and transforming the gods, refining the gods and returning to the void is one that must be cultivated under the direct guidance of the Master, and the other is not a realm that can be achieved overnight. Refining and refining qi is a method of using the essence of reproduction (the essence of the male refers to the testicles, and the essence of the female refers to the ovaries) to supplement the innate element with the five qi dynasty yuan. And if a person wants to practice this method, there is a shortcut to get started, that is, to grasp the critical moment of one's own "living son", first of all, one point is that a person can usually practice the method of refining and refining qi, so why do we still say that we should grasp the moment of "living son"? What is the "time of the living child"? "The time of the living child" does not refer to a fixed time, but refers to a physiological state, which is the natural physiological reaction of the reproductive organs of the body when men and women have no sexual desire, that is, the male reproductive organs are erect, the female uterus contracts and the breast reacts, this physiological reaction is also the state of the baby that Lao Tzu said "does not know the combination of the peony and the abdomen, and the essence is also".

The principle and practice of Wuji pile gong

In order to make it easy for people to understand, Lao Tzu uses a growing male and female as an analogy, the baby boy is absolutely not aware of male and female sexuality, but when he seems to be awake, his genitals will be erect, which means that life has the condensation of essence, and the yang essence is flourishing. In this state, if one can grasp the mind and not move the desires of men and women due to the reaction of the reproductive organs, one can soberly use the correct exercises to guide the yang essence qi to follow the Du pulse (i.e., the central spinal nerve) and return to the mud palace (i.e., the diencephalic part), and then reach the upper dantian (i.e., between the two eyebrows), which is what Taoism calls "returning the essence to replenish the brain". After the yang essence arrives, it is the Taoist saying that "a little innate qi of the dantou" reaches the upper dantian, which can be turned into Huachi Shenshui (that is, the fluid secreted by the mouth and pituitary gland), and descends to the lower dantian (that is, the navel) through the twelve-story building (that is, the throat part), which is to open up the Ren pulse. In this way, the true qi runs through the cycle of the two veins, which is called the river chariot in Taoism.

Cultivation to this point, coupled with the filling of the stomach qi in the middle palace, if you can achieve a state of emptiness and tranquility, then the man's testicles and perineum (also known as the bottom of the sea in Taoism) will have a natural contraction, at this time you will feel a trace of power from the front to the pubic bone to the inner surface to rush to the lower dantian part of the lower abdomen, and connect with the descending qi of the middle palace, and suddenly promote the vitality of the gonads to recover, and the unparalleled pleasure occurs, and at the same time, this pleasure follows the inner side of the legs and penetrates to the heart of the two feet and the toes of the two feet。

After that, it came to the stage of the three flowers gathering at the top and the five qi dynasties mentioned by Taoism. Sanhua and Wuqi are both figurative words, Sanhua refers to the essence and spirit, the five qi is the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, the top of the Sanhua Juding refers to the top of the head Baihui acupoints, and the five qi Chaoyuan refers to the qi of the human viscera to return to its original position, and the standard refers to the vitality of the lower dantian. The growth of human beings is inseparable from the innate vitality, if you can reach the realm of the five qi dynasty, you can supplement the innate vitality, you can achieve the purpose of prolonging life. What is the feeling of the human body when the three flowers gather at the top? That is, after the stage of refining and refining the qi, the whole body gradually softens, as Lao Tzu said, "the state of being dedicated to softness and being able to be infantile", I feel very comfortable, as if there is no feeling for the body, but the mind seems to have a little reaction. At this time, no matter what kind of situation occurs, if you can keep a single thought, you don't dare, and suddenly you will feel as if there is a clear void qi on the top of your head falling from the sky, straight down, bathing the whole body, and the body presents an incomparably cool feeling, this moment is called "Daigo empowerment". And what about the five qi dynasties? After reaching the above realm, suddenly I feel that the breathing qi naturally stops completely, and the inner breathing (that is, the breathing of the dantian) that I usually talk about also naturally stops, and during this period, I will occasionally breathe extremely lightly once after a period of time, not knowing the existence of a body or the existence of no body, and my thoughts and feelings will disappear without a trace, which is the moment when the true qi of the internal organs is restored to its original origin. This state will naturally stop after a period of time, the body will return to normal, the length of time that this state lasts varies from person to person, and it is different, and the cultivation of refining and refining qi will come to an end.

The above is a general explanation of Xiao Zhoutian, refining and refining qi, three flowers gathering at the top, and five qi dynasty yuan, just using cultivation experience to explain the cultivation method and physical and mental feelings, and in the process of mass cultivation, each link of cultivation will have different feelings and reactions due to individual gender, physique, mental nature, environmental diseases, beliefs, subconscious and other factors, and it is not immutable, for example, some people first have five qi dynasty yuan, and then have the feeling of three flowers gathering at the top, which is also correct. Therefore, it is best to have the guidance of a Master who has experienced this realm in the cultivation to prevent deviations, and pay special attention to the practice of the exercises, you must be fully prepared, and practice in a quiet and undisturbed environment.

The principle and practice of Wuji pile gong

Some people don't have a good understanding of refining and refining qi, gathering three flowers, and five qi dynasties, and think that it is impossible. I have two points of view on this, the first is that people's minds will be qi and blood, this is an indisputable fact, if the brain is not nourished by qi and blood, it will die, and the three-flower gathering is just artificially controlling the operation of qi and blood, and it is inevitable to carry the yang essence qi to the top of the head during operation, because when the semen is not discharged from the body, the human body will naturally absorb it, and the essence will run in the body with the qi and blood. Second, we often see some people with cranial nerve lesions, that is, psychopaths in Western medicine, who are very strong when they start their illness, and four or five strong men can't hold it down, where does the strength of this patient come from? I think it is the power generated by the disease that breaks the shackles of the nervous system. Let me take a story that my grandfather told me to illustrate, there was an old lady who was spinning yarn by the stove, and a spark popped out of the stove, which ignited the cotton beside the old lady. I think it was because she was in a hurry, and she didn't do any analysis and comparison in her mind, that is, the instinctive power of her body without any thoughts or consciousness, and then she couldn't move the grinding disc anymore, because the fire was extinguished, and when she wasn't in a hurry, her brain would use her consciousness to measure whether the grinding disc was heavy? Can I move it? This will create an obstacle to the power she can move, so that the old lady no longer has the strength to move the grinding disc. If we practice through the method of refining and refining qi, use our minds to guide the two veins of Ren and Du, and break through the shackles of acquired neural consciousness, that is, in a state of normal spirit and can be controlled with our minds, we can use the power of the innate essence (martial arts is called true power), and send it out through the control of our minds, we can achieve the effect of defeating the enemy as described by Neijiaquan. If you don't get rid of the control of the acquired nervous consciousness, it is impossible to send out the internal force, and it will be the same as ordinary people, which is the difference between practicing this skill and not practicing this skill.

"The Yellow Emperor's Neijing" is a masterpiece of our ancestors more than 3,000 years ago, is a comprehensive embodiment of the Taoist concept of self-cultivation, it will be the Taoist sages oral transmission of the heart and scattered records in different classics of the understanding of people to concentrate and sort, this work laid the theoretical foundation of Chinese medicine, but unfortunately the version that has been handed down to the present is incomplete, there are omissions, especially the heart, the loss of the two articles on the theoretical basis of modern Chinese medicine and the prevention and treatment of some diseases (such as hysteria, etc.) has caused losses. If we want to make up for this part of the theory, we can only find traces of it from the ancient and rare books of Taoism, find a basis for the prevention and treatment of incurable diseases, and provide help for treatment.

According to Taoist theory, through internal refining and pranayama, the yin and yang qi in the body can circulate normally along the meridian system, and through the guidance of the mind, the vitality of the dantian can be mobilized and transported to all parts of the body, so as to achieve the effects of curing diseases, maintaining health and refining the form. If you want to achieve such a situation, you must first rely on the Taoist Eight Duan Jin Gong Method to open up Xiao Zhoutian, that is, you can control the two veins of Ren and Du with your mind and have a sense of qi. In other words, before practicing the Wuji pile, when you use your mind to breathe, you can feel the feeling of the true qi in the body pouring down into the dantian, and from this qi sense, when the body is relaxed, the true qi is transmitted to the limbs and hundreds of bones through the meridians and blood vessels. If we can adhere to the above methods for cultivation, when standing on the Wuji pile, without the slightest interference from the day after tomorrow, without the strength of the qi, because if it is not still qi, the turbidity will be heavy, and if the strength is not good, then the buoyancy will be buoyancy, and if we use the method of refining and refining the qi, then the innate qi can be filled, and the yuan force can be developed, which not only promotes internal strength, but also eliminates the interference of the operation of the true qi of the yuan yang, and gradually restores it to the state of natural luck, since it can be seen that the moon shines on thousands of rivers, and the sky is clear and clear.

The principle and practice of Wuji pile gong

We come from the innate nothingness, until the acquired growth and development, in this process all the time are inseparable from the nourishment of our body's essence, that is, the nourishment of our innate vitality, we must cherish it, do not be consumed by all kinds of acquired desires, to strengthen personal cultivation, we should usually use the Taoist cultivation method to supplement, our body and mind can be healthy. The purpose of practicing Xinggong is to go back and forth along the meridians and limbs to nourish the form through the method of practicing the exercises, and the eight duanjin and Wuji pile gongs are the process of refining the yang essence and true qi with the true fire in the heart to nourish the innate vitality, which can be collectively referred to as refining the gods. If we can persevere, the innate vitality is abundant through our cultivation, then through the two veins of Ren Du will refine the innate vitality according to the above-mentioned method of refining and refining the qi, through the cultivation process of the five qi dynasty yuan and the three yang gathering tops, at this time it is no longer the essence, qi and spirit stage of the three flowers, but the three yang gathering top (the three yang refers to the upper, middle, and Under the pure yang qi of the dantian, this qi has no yin qi attached), at this time, the Baihui acupoint above the head will feel like the opening of the skylight, as if the sun shines in, the body and mind are suddenly enlightened, the immortal fetus is out, and we will happily become immortals.

2. Poleless pile exercises

The shape of Wuji is a posture in which the body is in a state of natural relaxation, and the body is unmoving. At this time, the mind is formless, unintentional, ignorant, chaotic, and chaotic, which is really the pure nature of the heavenly heart without distinction, which is the natural way to go smoothly. People in the world often go against this natural way and do all kinds of things that harm themselves, but they think that they are cultivating their lives and when they have no effect, they think that there is something wrong with the method of self-cultivation and that the art of health preservation is not perfect. Therefore, the ancient sages and sages, through the principle of adverse luck, the way of restoration, the transformation of the world, the operation of one breath and the birth of Taiji, in the acquired practice, in order to restore the innate vitality.

1. The song recipe is:

There is no form, no image, no distraction, and a piece of God is boastful.

The dragon has no roots, and the chaos and joy are endless.

2. Poleless pile gong exercises

The feet are separated, shoulder-width apart, the toes are buckled inward, the knee joints are bent (the knees are slightly bent to relax naturally, not tight), the buttocks are slightly tucked, the tail is perpendicular to the ground, the arms are naturally relaxed, the lower collar is slightly closed, the head is straight, the eyes are looking at the nose, the nose is looking at the mouth, and the mouth is concentric; the tongue licks the palate (the tongue licks the upper piece without force, just slightly lifts the tip of the tongue and touches the roof of the mouth); Qi Yun Dantian: inhale and exhale for a mouthful, inhale regardless of it, and hold the breath to swallow the liquid (note: the tongue licks the upper jaw, then the mouth is full of Jinsheng). Then slowly exhale, and at the same time, slowly send the swallowed thing to the dantian with mind control, and swallow it several times. This is the pharyngeal method, the pharyngeal method is the method of mind guidance, it is through the pharyngeal jin with the mind control, to mobilize the true qi of the whole body, in order to raise the essence of the dantian. This exercise takes about half an hour or so.

Note: The Infinite Pile Method seems simple, but it is difficult to practice, because this exercise is actually a method of internal refining, and it is a technique to mobilize the internal operation of the true gas. Before standing on the pile, you must understand the method of internal qi operation (that is, the method of pranayama), and open up the small Zhou Tian before you can practice. Special attention should be paid to the fact that when practicing this exercise, it is advisable to have someone who has reached a certain level of cultivation by the side to guide it in order to prevent deviations.

Taijiquan is inseparable from the above-mentioned internal strength, what is internal strength? Do not use clumsy strength when practicing boxing, but long internal strength, this is the strength of Taijiquan, this boxing from beginning to end, the momentum has internal strength. When practicing, if you can keep in mind that you can pull out your back with your chest, sink your shoulders and elbows, inject your qi into your dantian, and lift your top and adjust your chest, you will soon see miraculous results, step by step, and then you can enter the right path of Taijiquan practice.
