In order to promote the development of the "school-family-community" joint education model and unite the forces of schools, families and society to escort children's growth, the Women's Federation of Binhai New Area, together with the Education and Sports Bureau of Binhai New Area, the District Customs Working Committee and Xingang Street, jointly launched the school social work service station. At the same time, the activity of "Gathering the Power of 'School, Family and Community' Co-education to Escort the Healthy Growth of Women and Children" was launched by Tanggu Xingang No. 1 Primary School, Xingang Street Social Work Station, Xinshangli Community, and Hexie Social Work Organization.
The establishment of the school social work service station aims to better promote the close cooperation between the school, the family and the social forces, and through the school social work service station, more off-campus resources can be linked, and the organic integration of social work theory and practice can be realized.
At the launching ceremony, letters of appointment were issued to the full-time and part-time social workers stationed at the school's social work service station, and the community grid members and student representatives were paired with the community grid to lay a good foundation for leading students out of the campus and carrying out labor practices within their capacity in the community in the future. Service booths such as "Traffic Safety", "Fire Safety", "Anti-drug Science", "Garbage Classification" and "Children's Public Welfare Market" were carefully set up for students and parents to learn and experience, and the school social work station space was used to provide mental health classes for parent-child families. In the "Children's Charity Market", the "salesmen" of each stall were very busy, and the dazzling array of goods attracted the attention of many teachers, students and parents. All the proceeds from the charity sale were donated to the Xinshangli Community One Yuan Micro Fund, which was used to help children in need in the jurisdiction, guide minors to care for and contribute to others, and develop a thrifty lifestyle.
In the future, the Women's Federation of Binhai New Area will continue to support the development of school social work service stations, guide school social work stations to combine the needs of children and adolescents in the jurisdiction, integrate multiple resources, and carry out a variety of theme education activities around thought leadership, scientific popularization, safety education, mental health, ecological and environmental protection, etc., so as to help children and adolescents in the jurisdiction grow up healthily, safely and happily.
