After the traffic police quickly carried out traffic control in the rear, the wrong-way vehicle drove away from the highway to eliminate potential safety hazards, and at the same time searched for the driver on the side of the highway where the car was parked, but it was not found. It wasn't until early the next morning that the wife of the driver of the wrong-way car found him. It turned out that in the early morning of the same day, the driver was driving while talking to his wife on the phone, and after an argument, he went into the wrong lane due to distraction and drove into the highway in the wrong direction. Later, on the way to abandon the car and get off the highway, the driver accidentally fell under the highway side bridge, resulting in a thigh fracture.

The traffic police imposed a penalty of 12 points on the driver's license and a fine of 200 yuan for the driver's illegal act of driving in the wrong direction on the highway in accordance with the law.
