Title: The real face of Pakistan, with mud houses, the whole family sleeping outside

On my journey in search of food, I discovered the mysterious and vibrant country of Pakistan. It's not so much a country as a treasure trove of colorful cuisines. However, in addition to the food, I was surprised to discover the unique way of living in this country - the peculiar sight of the whole family sleeping outside in mud houses. I was fascinated by the rich culture and culinary expertise behind this lifestyle.

The first time I saw the way the people of Pakistan lived was in a small mountain village. I explored the village with a local guide and found that most of the houses were made of mud and straw. Although the houses are simple, they reveal a strong human touch. Locals told me that this way of building houses has been in their culture for centuries and is a reflection of their respect for nature and their quest for simplicity.

At the same time, I also developed a keen interest in Pakistani cuisine. At a local restaurant, I tasted their signature dish, lamb barbecue. This dish uses high-quality local lamb, which has undergone special seasoning and cooking techniques, resulting in a tender and juicy meat with an excellent taste. The chef told me that the lamb they use must be from a specific breed of adult ram so that the meat is more delicious.

On the rest of my trip, I also discovered many other amazing Pakistani delicacies like their curries, scones, and milk teas. Each cuisine is rich in history and culture, giving a sense of the country's unique charm.

However, the most memorable experience for me was in a remote village. The locals invited me to their dinner party, and I gladly accepted. In the evening, everyone sat around and enjoyed delicious food and a pleasant time. However, just as we were eating with relish, it suddenly began to pour down. Villagers took out rudimentary plastic sheets and tarpaulins and set up temporary tents to protect them from the wind and rain. I was surprised to find that instead of going back to their houses to shelter from the rain, they chose to continue drinking and eating outside. When I asked why, they told me that it was their tradition and that on rainy days, they would feast outdoors to share food with family and friends and feel the bounty of nature.

This experience gave me a deep appreciation of the warmth and boldness of the Pakistani people. Despite their humble living conditions, they are always optimistic and enjoy every minute of their lives. And their food is full of love for life and awe for food. It's this spirit that has made Pakistan the most delicious place to explore in my heart.

When I got home, I combined my Pakistani culinary expertise with my cooking skills to try and recreate those delicious dishes that I would never forget. I believe that through continuous learning and exploration, I will be able to bring the true face of Pakistan to more people and let everyone appreciate the light of food emanating from this charming country.
