Third, France regrets

In 1874, Bizet's opera Carmen was written, but its premiere was unsuccessful.

The failure of the performance made Bizet extremely depressed, and even doubted his creative ability, and Bizet, who was hit, became extremely fragile physically and mentally, and finally passed away.

Four months after Bizet's death, Carmen was a great success in Vienna, followed by performances in Brussels, London, New York, Paris and other places, where it received great acclaim and world fame.

It's a pity that Bizet didn't see this scene when he was alive, and this is not only his personal regret, but also known as "France's regret".
