The company has signed a contract to purchase four retired Airbus A380s, and the retired China Southern Airlines aircraft with registration number B-6140 is the first one it has acquired. TWA has conducted a test flight of its first Airbus A380. The plane lifted off over the Mojave Air and Space Terminal (MHV) in California on the morning of Feb. 15.
