A few days ago, walking into the construction site of the aerospace industry incubation base project in Gui'an New Area, the plant rose from the ground, the climbing car, excavator and other mechanical equipment were busy running, and more than 400 workers performed their duties, painting the wall, outdoor pipe excavation and other standard factory indoor and outdoor decoration work was carried out in an orderly manner.

The aerospace industry incubation base project in Gui'an New Area, with a planned construction area of about 141,000 square meters, mainly serves the upstream and downstream supporting enterprises of AECC Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, and plans to form an aerospace characteristic industrial chain after completion.
The project was undertaken by Guizhou Gui'an Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Gui'an Industrial Investment Company). A total of 22 single buildings will be built in the project, including single-storey standard factory buildings, multi-storey R&D plants, park services and supporting buildings. Zhou Shengyong, the person in charge of the project, said that up to now, the project has completed the construction of 21 standard factory buildings, and has fully entered the decoration stage, and the last unfinished single building 20 is undergoing three-story main structure construction, and the entire project is expected to be completed and delivered at the end of May.
While speeding up the construction of the project, Gui'an Industrial Investment Company has been working hard to focus on the upstream and downstream chains of the turbine blade production and manufacturing industry chain around the production project of AECC superalloy turbine blades, and has deeply connected with more than 20 chain enterprises.
At present, it has signed investment agreements with 11 companies, including Beijing Interstellar Development, Dadongfeng Machinery, Kerun Seal, and Anji Huayuan, with a leasing area of about 50,000 square meters. In the second half of the year, the base will usher in the first batch of enterprises to settle in. Ding Qiansheng, deputy general manager of Gui'an Industrial Investment Company, said that in the first quarter of this year, there were 2 contracted enterprises in the aerospace industry incubation base, with a contracted plant area of 8,000 square meters. In the next step, we will focus on key links, do a good job in park services, and provide guarantee for the development of enterprises.
