In order to solve the problem that some elderly people do not know how to use smartphone authentication, the human resources and social security department has developed a "substitute operation" function in the mobile phone application, so that family members can take advantage of the Spring Festival holiday to help the elderly authenticate at home.
In recent years, the human resources and social security department has cancelled the centralized certification of the qualifications for receiving pension insurance benefits, and initially built a new certification mechanism based on information comparison, socialized services and remote self-service certification, so as to minimize the troubles of the elderly.

According to the reporter's understanding, there is no fixed time for the qualification certification of pension insurance benefits. As in previous years, participants can choose any time to certify within 12 calendar months of their last certification.
