Fire safety hazards in small hotels
1. The number of safety exits is insufficient, and the fire lanes, fire spacing, and outdoor fire water supply cannot meet the requirements.
Once a fire breaks out, it is difficult for fire trucks to get close to extinguish it, and the insufficient fire spacing can easily spread the fire to other buildings.
2. There has been no fire safety inspection procedures before opening.
Due to their small scale, many family hotels believe that they have not met the pre-opening approval standards of the public security and fire protection agencies, and have not passed the fire protection design review, resulting in many congenital hidden dangers.
3. The hotel business building has not passed the fire protection design review and fire protection acceptance, and the fire safety of the building does not meet the requirements of the code.
Many of the buildings engaged in hotel business are the operators who arbitrarily change the nature of the use of their own corridors, unit houses or other forms of buildings, which do not comply with the regulations, especially in the safety of evacuation.
4. Failure to set up building fire-fighting facilities and equipment in accordance with regulations, the installation of emergency lighting and evacuation instructions does not meet the requirements, and the number of fire extinguishers is insufficient.
Many tour operators have a fluke mentality, do not invest in the construction of fire-fighting facilities and equipment, lack of necessary fire-fighting facilities and equipment, once a fire occurs, the consequences are unimaginable.
5. Changed the nature of the original building.

6. The electrical wiring is messy, which does not meet the fire protection design requirements of open and dark wiring, and has not passed the fire protection test of the electrical circuit, and the electrical fire danger is large.
The installation and use of electrical products and gas appliances, as well as the design, laying, maintenance and testing of circuits and pipelines, shall meet the requirements of fire safety.
7. Lack of personnel escape and self-rescue facilities.
A certain number of flashlights, gas masks, descent slowers and other escape and self-rescue facilities shall be provided.
8. Operators and accommodation personnel have weak awareness of fire safety.
Operators and accommodation personnel rarely receive fire safety training and education, lack of fire awareness, illegal electricity use and other phenomena are extremely common, increase the potential danger of fire, regularly organize fire safety training and emergency evacuation drills.
