I chose "Milan" as my flower name, because the flower language of Milan is a call for only love, will bloom, when it blooms, it exudes a strong atmosphere, can give people a sense of courage, Milan also means courage and passion, according to legend, as long as the warrior wears the Milan flower to go out in triumph. I want to love life and work with courage and passion.

QWhat did you join the company? What appeals to you?

In November 2022, I joined the big family of Shengda Outsourcing Group, and has been engaged in financial work since graduation, and has been exposed to many industries.

Q: What is your personal development plan for the future, and what suggestions do you have for the company?

Since working in Shengda, I have deeply experienced love and trust, thanks to the trust and cultivation of leaders, and thanks to the cooperation and understanding of colleagues. In the future, I want to improve my professional skills more, meet every day's work with the fullest state, work hard with my teammates, and contribute to the development of the company.

From a financial point of view, my personal plan is:
