A spherical tank of more than 300 tons of liquid ammonia is like a gas tank, more like a powerful bomb. The dispatchers, operators and maintenance personnel on the scene were no longer able to control the site, and they had no choice but to report to the factory immediately.

If more than 300 tons of liquid ammonia leak out if there is a slight accident, it will be a catastrophic consequence, and the Yueyang fertilizer plant in the central city will either catch fire and explode, or poison gas will spread to Yueyang City. It involves the downwind direction, from the north gate of Yueyang to the area of Yueyang Tower, including the first line of the lakeside, and more than 200,000 people within a radius of 10 to 15 kilometers must be urgently transferred.
