After the unit recommendation, municipal preliminary evaluation, provincial evaluation, field inspection, comprehensive evaluation and other procedures, 1 person in Suzhou High-tech Zone was awarded Jiangsu Master Craftsman, and 2 people were awarded Jiangsu Craftsman.
It is reported that the Jiangsu Skills Award is an award set up by the provincial government for outstanding technical and skilled talents who have made outstanding contributions, and is the highest award for technical and skilled talents in Jiangsu Province. The selection is open to skilled workers from all walks of life in the province, focusing on advanced manufacturing, modern service industries, strategic emerging industries, historical classic industries and other fields.

Du Run
Du Run is a teacher in the Department of Information Engineering, Suzhou Technician College, Jiangsu Province. On behalf of China, he participated in the 44th WorldSkills Competition held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and won the bronze medal in the business software solution project, setting the best result in this competition in China. He has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Technical Expert" and "National Youth Post Expert" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. As the leader and head coach of the Jiangsu Provincial Expert Group of the Business Software Solution Project of the WorldSkills Competition, Du Run has guided the players to achieve three breakthroughs in shortlisting for the national team, winning medals and winning gold, and has successively served as the coach of the national team of the 45th WorldSkills Competition and the national team expert of the 46th WorldSkills Competition.

Zou Yingzi, Artistic Director of Zhenhu Didi Embroidery Art Museum in Suzhou High-tech Zone, researcher-level senior arts and crafts artist, master of Chinese arts and crafts, inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage (Suzhou embroidery). In 2008, the original "Zou's Drip Needle Method" is the first embroidery technique to obtain the national embroidery technology patent, and "Didi Embroidery", "Yingzi Embroidery" and "Yingzi Split Needle Embroidery" are currently national registered trademark brands. Since 2011, it has won 92 embroidery design patents with independent intellectual property rights, a number of design copyrights, and many works have won awards at home and abroad, and many works have been collected by national, provincial and municipal museums. She is also committed to intangible cultural heritage and technical innovation, and has cultivated more than 100 outstanding embroidery talents over the years.

Huang Xiaochong, a senior technician of mold workers, is currently serving as a competition coach and a teacher of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Suzhou Technician College in Jiangsu Province. He has won the honorary titles of "National Technical Expert", "Outstanding Coach of National Industry Vocational Skills Competition", "Technical Expert of Jiangsu Province", "Gusu High-skilled Leading Talent" and "Gusu Education Specially Appointed Class D Talent", and has served as the referee of the National Selection Competition and the coach of the national team of the WorldSkills Competition for many times, the referee of the National CNC Competition, and the referee of the Jiangsu Provincial Selection Competition and the leader of the expert group and the head of the coaching team of the Jiangsu Provincial Training Team. During his teaching, he guided students to participate in various skill competitions, and won more than 20 awards in various competitions at the national, provincial and municipal levels, including guiding 3 students to be selected into the China training team of the World Skills Competition, winning the championship of the National Industrial Design Competition twice, 3 students won the national technical experts, and 4 students were selected into the provincial training team. In his work, he carefully pondered his professional skills, obtained 2 invention patents, 3 practical patents, and published 2 papers.
