This kind of soil is called Fulong liver, also known as the hearth soil, which is the burnt loess made by fire for a long time in the earthen stove where weeds and firewood are burned, and has the effect of stopping bleeding, nausea and diarrhea.

Legend has it that one year, the crown prince of Song Shenzong had diarrhea and invited many famous doctors to treat him but there was no improvement, and someone recommended Qian Yi, a famous pediatric doctor in the Song Dynasty at that time, to Song Shenzong.

After Qian Yi entered the palace, he carefully looked at the situation of the crown prince and prescribed the prescription of "loess soup", one of which was hearth soil. Song Shenzong was very skeptical, and after Qian Yi's explanation, Song Shenzong ordered someone to take out the hearth soil from the stove and decoction the medicine for the crown prince to take.

After one dose of medicine, the crown prince's abdominal pain gradually subsided, and after two doses of medicine, the crown prince has recovered as before.

Song Shenzong was overjoyed, admired Qian Yi's medical skills very much, promoted him to the imperial doctor, and named the hearth soil "Fulong liver".

And this recipe was later used by a famous doctor, that is, the famous doctor of our Wumen, You Zaijing.

You Zaijing once treated a young man who had diarrhea and blood in his stool for more than five years, and after hearing that You Zaijing was a skilled doctor, he asked him for treatment.

When You Zaijing was diagnosed, he found that his complexion was yellowish, he was often flustered, and his limbs were weak, thinking that he had a lack of yang qi in his spleen, which in turn caused yin damage and yang, resulting in yin and yang deficiency. So he was prescribed a prescription, which contained the medicinal herb Fulong liver, and soon the patient's blood stopped and the diarrhea was cured.

You Zaijing, Mingyi, a native of Suzhou in the Qing Dynasty. Because he is indifferent to fame and fortune, likes pastoral life, and likes to read, compose poems, plant flowers, and raise cranes as a pastime in his spare time, he is also known as the people of Crane Mountain.

It is understood that You Zaijing was born in 1650 and is about 95 years old, which can be said to be a "big birthday star". When he was young, his family was poor, and he made a living selling calligraphy and paintings, and later studied medicine with Ma Yuanyi, a third-generation doctor of the Shicai School.

Although Ma Yuanyi has many disciples, he appreciates You Zaijing very much, and praises him without hesitation, once saying, "I have one person today, and I can win tens of millions of people!"

As Ma Yuanyi's beloved apprentice, You Zaijing not only assisted in the ordering of Ma Yuanyi's master Shen Langzhong's "Treatise on Sickness". Later, he devoted himself to the study of knowledge, and in his later years, he refined his medical skills and wrote works such as "Typhoid Fever Guanzhu Collection", "Jin Kui Yao Luo Xin Dian", "Jin Kui Yi" and so on.
