The president of a design institute was ridiculed by the group!

author:Civil engineering think tank

Although there have been a lot of news about the design institute in arrears recently, it will probably affect the mood of the New Year, so I won't write about it today, but I might as well watch the scene of the president of a design institute being ridiculed by the group.

I have carefully read the full text of Mr. Li's speech, and I think that from the perspective of "elitism", there is no big problem with what he said.

In other words, Mr. Li's "elitist" view is completely in line with his personal success experience.

After all, he took advantage of the rapid development of the industry in the past 30 years to successfully complete the class jump, from a poor student who rented a basement to become the president of a listed company through personal struggle, and his experience is not inspiring.

No one can question such an achievement, which shows that Mr. Li's "concept of success" is indeed "effective" for him personally.

But why is such an "effective" "success concept" ridiculed by the majority of hard-working designers?

Is it really as Mr. Li said, because "the world is ignorant", and he can't understand Mr. Li's unfathomable "Bible of Success"?

Of course not, the designers are all high-achieving students, at least in terms of IQ, they are more than 90% of the people in the country (otherwise they will not be able to enter the design institute).

If the majority of hard-working designers are "ignorant people", then the only "smart people" in this world are probably Mr. Li and his wife.

In fact, on the contrary, it is precisely because the majority of hard-working designers have been working in the "social university" for many years that they have completely abandoned the "ignorance" of their student days and become "too sober", so they will scoff at Mr. Li's "success bible".

As I mentioned at the beginning, Mr. Li's "Bible of Success" represents a kind of "elitism" and represents Mr. Li's magnificent transformation from "impoverished" to "president of the company".

Therefore, the audience for Mr. Li's "success bible" should be "entrepreneurs" like Mr. Li, rather than the majority of hard-working workers.

Therefore, Mr. Li preaches this "success bible" to his employees, which itself contains a "contradiction"——

If an employee really does what the "Bible" says, then he will no longer be an employee of Mr. Li, but will become an entrepreneur like Mr. Li and a competitor of Mr. Li.

And the purpose of Mr. Li's promotion of this "Bible" is to let employees leave their jobs and start businesses and become their own competitors?

Of course not.

The core purpose of Mr. Li's "preaching" to employees is nothing more than to make employees work hard to contribute more value to their company.

However, the essence of his "Bible" is to encourage employees to complete the transformation from "workers" to "entrepreneurs" and become competitors who are "on an equal footing" with themselves.

Isn't this a contradiction?

From the point of view of social structure, there is indeed a distinction between "superior people" and "inferior people" in this society.

But "superior people" really don't necessarily have to be smarter and harder than "inferior people".

The reason why "superior people" become "superior people" is more important than intelligence and hard work is actually the opportunity of the times.

If Mr. Li was born 30 years later and has just graduated and entered the design circle, even if he repeats every step of the "effective" back then, he will definitely not be able to replicate today's success.

In the era of "horse racing" has passed, and when the entire industry enters the "stock era", the "inferior people" are more concerned about the distribution of "stock" rather than the outbreak of "increment".

After all, why do the so-called "lower classes" have the belief of providing for their families? Is it because they have no dreams?

Of course not, everyone has had dreams, but the hardships of the times and the injustice of sharing the cake have made them lose the qualification to pursue their dreams, and they can only be trapped in "supporting their families", living cautiously and like walking on thin ice.

Finally, I might as well look at Mrs. Li's controversial views, and I can't complain:
