Among them, the "Jiafu Fruit Wood Chip Duck" is especially worth trying. In order to create a roast duck with both appearance and connotation, the restaurant used traditional craftsmanship to build an arch hanging stove, which cost 2,000 ordinary red bricks and 200 refractory bricks. Not only is the stove authentic, the raw materials are more orthodox, and each roast duck is made of the state banquet duck - the stuffed duck of Beijing Jinxing Duck Industry's green ecological breeding.
