Doni Bridge is located at the junction of Guli Town Autonomous Village and Yangliu Village of Gantang Township in Qianxi County, across the river of the lower reaches of the Damei River. It is a 5-hole plane stone arch bridge, 38.5 meters long, 5 meters wide, 6 meters high from the bottom of the river to the bridge deck, 5.4 meters in the span of the bridge hole, 5 meters in hollow, 2.7 meters high and 1.6 meters thick, and 3.3 meters high from the pier to the bridge deck. This bridge was built in 1397 A.D. in the 20th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, and Mrs. Xiangxiang, who was the ambassador of Shuixi in Guizhou, presided over the construction. It is one of the important bridges in the ancient "Longchang Jiuyi" road.
The bridge deck is paved with bluestone slabs, the original bridge is provided with a stone guardrail on both sides, it is now incomplete, the stone tablet at the head of the bridge no longer exists, although it has been eroded by wind and rain for more than 600 years, the water flow washes it, it still firmly spans the coal river, witnesses the vicissitudes of history.
In the early years of the Ming Dynasty, Guizhou commanded Ma Hao to inspect Shuixi, and Mrs. Xiangxiang, who was then the ambassador of Shuixi, did not satisfy her unreasonable desires, and Ma Ye took the opportunity to frame Xiangxiang for rebellion, and took off her clothes and whipped her back. Luxuriant Xiang put the national righteousness and national unity first, endured humiliation, and went to Beijing to sue Ma Ye.
