On January 31, the meeting between the district leaders and key enterprises in the district and the "Smart Zijin" press conference were held. Sun Xinjun, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Zhou Jinxing, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, Shi Chongyuan, Director of the Management Committee of Dongcheng Park, and representatives of 25 key enterprises in Dongcheng Park, including China Poly Group Co., Ltd., China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd., and China Gold Group, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Zhou Jinxing introduced the economic and social development of Dongcheng District in 2023 and the relevant work arrangements in 2024, and said that he would make greater efforts to promote the construction and development of Dongcheng Park, provide more high-quality industrial space, all-round professional and high-quality services, continue to reform and innovate the business environment in serving enterprises and promoting economic development, improve the development level of leading industries, stimulate consumption potential, deepen reform and expand opening up, and fully promote the vigorous development of enterprises.
Sun Xinjun thanked the enterprises for their long-term care, attention and support for the development of regional economic and social undertakings, and said that Dongcheng District will carefully sort out and study the opinions, suggestions, problems and needs put forward by the participating enterprises, actively help coordinate and solve them, and strive to create a new situation of high-quality economic development.
Sun Xinjun requested:
First, we must strengthen confidence and work together to achieve better development prospects. Fully implement the requirements of municipal leaders, accelerate the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, and continuously optimize the spatial layout of the industry. Adhere to the standard of "workable and livable" innovative blocks, continue to cultivate leading industrial clusters, continuously expand the space carrier for enterprise development, and promote the high-quality development of the park to a new level.
Second, we must actively act, strive to be the first, and constantly accumulate new momentum for development. We should fully implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, persist in seeking progress while maintaining stability, promote stability through progress, establish first and then break down, build a solid foundation for stability, and activate the factors of progress, and strive to achieve effective improvement in the quality of the regional economy and reasonable growth in quantity. We will continue to consolidate the momentum of economic stability and improvement, and build a more capable, efficient and professional new system of "management committee + platform company + operating company".

The meeting officially released the "Smart Zijin" platform, which includes 1 data base and 4 centers, providing N intelligent services, which will optimize enterprise services, simplify the declaration procedures, and promote the formation of a market-oriented, legalized, international and intelligent business environment in Dongcheng District.
Driven by the big data platform, one data base of the "Smart Zijin" platform uses data modeling to display three-level portraits of parks, buildings and enterprises, providing strong data support for the four centers, and enterprises can log in to the "Smart Zijin" applet to enjoy one-stop services such as space, policies, and talents. The four centers on which the platform relies have their own characteristics, the service center provides customized consulting services for the whole process of entering the park, start-up, growth and expansion for enterprises in the park; the exhibition center establishes a full-coverage enterprise portrait management and spatial intelligent twin display through big data computing power to build a publicity and display platform for enterprises; the roadshow center provides venue services for holding small roadshows, seminars, product releases, immersive experiences and other activities; and the party and mass service center strengthens the "party building + park" Deep integration is a comprehensive service platform and open shared space for party building in the park.
At the press conference, the Dongcheng Park Management Committee simultaneously issued a digital collection with the theme of "Smart Zijin" and launched the "Smart Zijin" metaverse space.
