Since July 29, 2023, Beijing has been hit by heavy rainfall due to the impact of Typhoon Doksuri. Luopoling is one of the affected communities. On July 30, due to heavy rainfall, the K396 train from Wuhaixi, Inner Mongolia to Fengtai, Beijing, was forced to stop at Luopoling Railway Station, Mentougou District, Beijing, and more than 600 villagers in Luopoling Community, under the leadership of Meng Ermei, the secretary of the community, gave everything they had and led all residents of the community to lend a helping hand to more than 900 passengers stranded at Luopoling Railway Station due to flooding, and performed a touching and heart-warming story. On behalf of my comrades-in-arms who worked in Qingdao, Shandong Province, I would like to express my deep condolences over the death of Ye Zukuan's old comrades-in-arms! At the same time, I would like to express my cordial condolences to the families and their children! At 10 a.m. on 28 January, a farewell ceremony for the remains of Ye Zukuan's old comrades-in-arms was held at the Fuze Palace, a funeral home in Jianli City, Hubei Province. On behalf of everyone, I wrote a poem to express my deep condolences, and I wish Ye Zukuan's old comrades-in-arms a good journey and rest in peace!
