The electric furnace technology upgrading project introduces the world's most advanced process equipment technologies such as low-energy consumption and low-emission intelligent short-process electric furnace steelmaking process and vacuum refining of Italian Tenorn continuous feeding, waste heat preheating scrap steelmaking, vacuum refining, etc., and builds two 105-ton electric furnaces and supporting facilities such as vacuum refining and double-flow slab continuous casting. Deputy Director of Steelmaking Technology

1. Under 50 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in metallurgical engineering, steelmaking, continuous casting, etc., intermediate engineer title or above;

2. More than 15 years of relevant work experience in steel smelting of automotive steel and other varieties, proficient in converter/electric furnace, LF furnace, RH furnace, slab continuous casting process above 1580mm, and more than 8 years of management experience in the same position;

3. Proficient in the process and quality control points of high-strength steel and automotive steel, familiar with product defects and control measures, familiar with high-end mainstream smelting and production equipment at home and abroad, and have rich practical experience in production arrangement, cost control, personnel management, etc.;

4. Comprehensive income: 70-900,000 yuan/year

Mechanical Engineer (Electric Furnace, Slab)

1. Under 45 years old, college degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, intermediate/senior engineer title is preferred;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in the same position in the steel industry, proficient in equipment fault handling methods, maintenance, maintenance and other knowledge, familiar with the production process, with good communication and coordination skills. Experience in the maintenance of large slab equipment, rich experience in the maintenance theory and practical operation and maintenance of Kastrodi's electric furnace, proficient in the management of steelmaking continuous casting equipment and public auxiliary equipment, familiar with steelmaking process, and experience in the preparation of steelmaking (electric furnace) projects is preferred;

Hydraulic Engineer (Slab)

1. Under 45 years old, college degree or above, major in mechanical, mechatronics and other related majors, intermediate/senior engineer title is preferred;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in the same position in the iron and steel industry, responsible for the operation and management of the hydraulic equipment of the whole plant (electric furnace), to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic equipment, and have experience in the management of large-scale hydraulic equipment such as slab continuous casting machine;

Automation Engineer (Electric Furnace)

1. Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in electrical automation, intermediate/senior engineer title is preferred;

2. 3 years of work experience in the same position, with on-site processing capabilities, metallurgical industry practitioners are preferred, responsible for the operation and management of the whole plant (electric furnace) automation equipment (automation electrical, instrumentation, computer and network communication equipment), in charge of the whole plant instrumentation equipment, preparation of regional electrical equipment and logistics auxiliary facilities, to ensure the normal operation of automation equipment;

Chief of Security

1. Under 45 years old, technical secondary school/high school degree or above, major in safety engineering, holding a registered safety engineer certificate (metallurgical major is preferred);
