Among them, Bai Suocheng is the helmsman of the head of the four major families in Kokang, Myanmar, and the Bai family's Yum Group, Cangsheng Science and Technology Park, New Yum International Hotel, and Xin Baili Company, under the guise of doing hotels and tourism, are engaged in gambling, pornography, electric fraud and other illegal and criminal activities, and Bai Yingcang, who was arrested together, is Bai Suocheng's second son, and he serves as the captain of the Kokang Militia Brigade and the deputy director of the Finance Bureau. He commanded more than 1,000 militiamen and was mainly responsible for the security of the Bai family's forces.
Wei Huairen is the younger brother of Wei Chaoren, the founder of the Wei family, one of the four major families of Kokang. Now he is the current de facto helmsman of the Wei family, running the famous New Jinjiang Casino in Lao Cai and controlling the Kokang Border Battalion.
