The coal tar residue treatment equipment adopts a pyrolysis process to heat the coal tar residue at high temperature under the condition of no oxygen or lack of oxygen, so that the macromolecules in the organic matter are decomposed into small molecules of combustible gas, liquid fuel and coke, so as to obtain combustible gas, coal tar and coke and other chemical products.

Coal tar residue treatment process

1. Feeding: Coal tar residue is packed in tons, and the coal tar residue needs to be lifted up and put into the hopper by crane when feeding, and the hopper is connected to a screw feeding system, which can send the coal tar residue into the cracking furnace.

2. Pyrolysis: Start the burner for preheating, preheating takes about 2 hours, when the temperature of the cracking furnace reaches 180°C, the coal tar residue begins to crack in the cracking furnace.

3. Oil: When the pyrolysis reaction of coal tar residue occurs in the pyrolysis furnace, the oil and gas begin to be generated, and the oil and gas first pass through a buffer tank, which is used to separate the heavy oil residue and light oil and gas; when the light oil and gas continue to enter the condensation system, the light oil and gas is cooled into a liquid in the condensate system, that is, the liquid fuel oil, and then flows into the oil storage tank.

Our condensing system is composed of vertical condenser + horizontal condenser + condensing tower, with a condensation area of up to 100 square meters to ensure that the oil and gas are fully cooled and the oil yield is improved.

4. Slag discharge: After the pyrolysis of coal tar residue, the residue in the cracking furnace is carbon black, mud residue, etc., the carbon black residue is discharged through the automatic water-cooled slag discharge system, and then the carbon black residue will be stored in the carbon black tank.

5. Tail gas desulfurization and purification: after condensation treatment, there are still some non-condensable combustible gas residues, these non-condensable combustible gases first pass through the water seal device, the water seal is used to purify the non-condensable combustible gas, and at the same time can also prevent tempering, and the water-sealed combustible gas is collected through a special pipeline and sent to the combustion chamber of the pyrolysis system as fuel for heating.

6. Flue gas desulfurization and dust removal and purification: The high-temperature flue gas generated after the incineration of non-condensable combustible gas is first cooled by flue condensation, and then discharged up to the standard after multi-stage purification such as desulfurization tower, denitrification tower, dust removal, and activated carbon adsorption.

1. Environmental protection treatment of waste smoke: the waste smoke generated in the combustion process of non-condensable combustible gas enters the desulfurization and dust removal tower together with the fuel combustion tail gas, and the dust-containing flue gas enters the desulfurization tower from the lower part of the cylinder through the induced draft fan, and after four sprays and four layers of ceramic filler, the flue gas is evenly dispersed by the filler, and the gas is fully mixed with the added liquid in the filler through layer by layer spraying, so as to achieve the purpose of desulfurization and denitrification. The dust particles are separated by centrifugal force, and the smoke and dust are adsorbed by the water film layer produced by the spray, flow to the bottom cone with the water, and are discharged through the dust discharge port to achieve the purpose of dust removal.

2. Environmental protection treatment of waste gas: The exhaust gas mainly comes from the exhaust gas generated in the pyrolysis refining process, which contains a small amount of polluting gases, such as H2S, NOx, COx, SOx, etc. After the tail gas is deodorized and purified by the desulfurization, desulfurization and deodorization tower, it can be returned to the pyrolysis furnace as fuel to help customers solve the problem of high odor in the refinery.

3. Wastewater environmental protection treatment: In the pyrolysis and refining process, the coal tar residue treatment equipment uses circulating water for both cooling water and dust removal water to ensure that there is no wastewater discharge in the production process. In addition, the condensing equipment adopts a tubular condenser design, with oil in the pipe and water outside the pipe, with zero contact between water and oil, and the cooling water can be recycled without waste water.

4. Environmental protection treatment of waste residue: The carbon black slag remaining in the pyrolysis furnace is transferred and transported from the pyrolysis area to the carbon black deep processing area through a wind-sealed pipeline, and the pulse bag filter (dust removal efficiency is more than 99.9%) is equipped to collect the uncaptured carbon black and discharge it through the exhaust cylinder to reduce the dust pollution at the refining site.
