Party building is on the grid
Through the combination of party building and grid management, the general party branch of the county government street community has set up 11 grid teams to visit the community from time to time, realizing the deep integration of party organization and community governance.
Grid staff carry out grid inspections every day, find out the accumulation of debris, aging wires, illegal parking and other problems in the community in time and deal with them quickly, so as not to let go of any corner, timely find and deal with various potential safety hazards, so that community residents have a safe and harmonious living environment.
Recently, the grid staff found that there were bursts of smoke floating from the shops during their daily inspections, and the grid staff dialed 119 in time to eliminate the hidden dangers. After the incident, the police of the county street community joint jurisdiction urged the shops to eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents, so that the non-standard behaviors were inquired in a timely manner, and the dynamic hidden dangers were investigated and corrected, and the fire risks and hidden dangers were eliminated in the bud and before the disaster.

Due to the relatively large proportion of elderly people in the county government street community, in order to meet the multi-level, differentiated and personalized needs of residents, the county government street community insisted on actively carrying out "active door-to-door service", and set up a volunteer service team of assistant agents in the working method of "not letting the masses run more than once". It has broken the service mode of "sitting and waiting" in the traditional convenience hall, and adopted the method of active front-line service and dynamic real-time tracking of the needs of the masses, so as to deliver services to the door and policies to the door.
Recently, in order to solve the practical difficulties of the elderly in the jurisdiction who are unable to move and do not know how to use smartphones, the county street community has carried out a "door-to-door authentication" service for the elderly who are frail and have difficulty in moving. Before the door-to-door service for elderly certification begins, the grid staff will make an appointment with the elderly and their families to inform them of the door-to-door time and the materials they need to prepare to ensure that the elderly complete the certification in time. When carrying out the certification service, the grid staff also asked the elderly about their recent physical condition, told the elderly to take care of their health, and told the elderly that they could contact the community if they needed help.
By further optimizing the quality of service and improving the door-to-door service, the county street community will reduce the number of errands and improve the people's sense of experience as the purpose to create a harmonious and happy community.
Happiness is in the grid
The county government street community actively plays a leading role in party building, takes advantage of the advantages and role of "familiar people, familiar places, and familiar basic information" to carry out sending policies, warmth, and laws into the community, vigorously publicizing policies such as entrepreneurship and employment, civil affairs assistance, and social security, and transforming the political, organizational, and mass work advantages of community party organizations into grid governance efficiency, so that the "red leading" of party building has become a distinctive background color of grid management, and effectively promotes good governance at the grassroots level.
On January 18, the county government street community, together with the Nancun community of workers and the Zhongtai Notary Office of Hohhot City, jointly carried out a "anti-fraud" law popularization knowledge publicity lecture to carry out anti-fraud and anti-fraud knowledge publicity services for the people in the jurisdiction. Through pictures, texts and videos, the residents were explained to the common high-incidence fraud types such as part-time order swiping, false investment and financial management, loan agency credit cards, etc., and the common ways of telecommunication network fraud and the usual methods and tactics of fraudsters were exposed.
