Long Xiaonian's little luck
This year, although my workload has increased a lot, I am very happy. Long Xiaonian's anxiety
In a blink of an eye, it has entered the fourth quarter, and the day of returning home is getting closer and closer, but I have a trouble, the boss said that the company is now short of funds, and my salary will be owed first, but my savings are not much, and I have no income for two months has stretched me to the limit.
I share the same anxieties as 16 other colleagues. After many times of communication and unable to get the money, we filed a labor arbitration. The company admitted that the wages were owed, and the ruling was received quickly, but the wages were not, it was already November, and there were still two months to go before the New Year, and our anxiety was getting heavier and heavier. Will a year's longing and hope be in vain? I was not reconciled, so 17 of us applied to the Daxing Court for compulsory enforcement.

The case filing window looked at our materials and transferred to the green channel for wage arrears cases. Soon, we met with Executive Judges Liu Chao and Chen Hongchang. Judge Liu told us that he and Judge Chan's team are members of the People's Livelihood Protection Team and will do their best to help us realize our rights. The first time I met Judge Liu, although the conversation was very short, his words were like a glass of strong spirits, and I felt warm for the first time this winter, and that day was also the most solid sleep I had since I couldn't get paid.
However, in mid-November, Judge Liu's phone call hit rock bottom again. "Long Xiaonian, after our online investigation and offline visits, we have not found that the company you applied for enforcement has any property that can be enforced, do you have any property clues to provide?"
I was petrified. "Do I need to find the court if I have a clue about my property? Isn't our company still open? We are afraid of the boss, you judge don't have to be afraid, you go to check! My colleagues also received calls from the judges, and none of us could accept the result. "No, we can't just forget it, they must not have looked into it!" "Yes, the words are beautiful, what's the use of not doing anything?" "Maybe our boss has a background, and people are looking for our boss!" We discussed going to the court to ask for an explanation.
We arrived at the courthouse on the reception day, and after a long queue, we poured our views and grievances on the case to the two judges. To tell you the truth, I came with anger, the kind of anger that sees hope and then despairs. After listening to our statement, Judge Liu took out a stack of materials. It is full of the company's account information as well as the time of the investigation. Then they led us to the computer and showed us the video of their on-site investigation. Everyone has seen the time, from the time we received the text message and the judge investigated and handled the case, it was less than 5 days before and after. "It seems that these two judges really helped us and acted so quickly. "Some of us talked about it. "No matter how fast it is, we won't see any money. "Yes, it's useless to look at this, we want the company to give money, don't let the company open if you don't give money!" In the end, we who are anxious to get our salaries still want to put pressure on the judge and help us get the money quickly.

On November 29, 2023, a colleague found a clue that a customer still owed our company two payments, and we immediately called and reported it to the property clue transfer center. In the afternoon of the same day, we received a call from Judge Liu, and the clues were verified, and there was indeed two sums of money, and there was hope for our money. On December 1, Judge Liu said that the first payment had been executed, and I could not hold back my excitement, and on December 20, Judge Liu called and said that all the funds in 17 cases had been paid in full. That night, I got drunk with a few colleagues, who said that I had been giggling when I drank too much, and only I knew that it was the joy of three months of hard work to get paid.

Facing the camera, Judge Liu looked calm: "We started the online and offline investigation and control as soon as possible, and strive to solve the case quickly, when it is verified that the company has no property for enforcement, we must not only find a way to continue to find the property, but also do a good job of explaining the work to obtain the understanding of the applicant for execution..... "I blushed a little when I heard this." "When we received the property clues, we first inquired about the business scope of the two companies, whether they had business dealings, and also prepared materials for the popularization of law in cases of non-cooperation with the court, etc., all to prevent third parties from not telling the truth and not cooperating with the enforcement. Of course, this time the third person was very cooperative, and we and the executor of the application were very lucky. Therefore, opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared, and we will continue to work hard to promote the construction of a social credit system, so that the 'workers' can earn and gain from their work. ”
